In order to give a review you have to click on the star, To be honest this was a very first time bad business visit, not many items have any pricing on them, I noticed when people need help you are brushed off fast, then the cashier carline rung up my purchase, I signed up for the vip card was not aware by carline that there was a fee, I may have gotten the vip later, so carline already had an attitude because she wanted to go on a lunch break, going back, and forth with the manager about working, and it’s a line of people to one cashier, manger say to her you were late she say I still get a break manager say you are not working 8 hours, but anyway she took me with no hi, not even a smile she was not, and is not cashier friendly, I checked my purchase notice my items should have only been like $13.00, and not $23.00 why because carline did not make me aware of the pay, it may seem like it’s not a big deal but for me it is, why it’s about friendly customer service for one with a smile, and no bad attitude, I would have liked to see if it was worth the $10, but she just charge me WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW it is A FEE, then carline disrespectful goes back, and forth how it’s to late and she cannot do anything about it, and having attitude gestures to me in front of the manager, smh, I could have gotten ugly back, But I choose to be respectful of me, and who I am to be calm about this situation, now I have to wait for my money to be on my card all but the $10 fee was given back to me in cash, I f I do not have my money on my card by This Tuesday I will be contacting corporate or a lawyer. I will never go back to them again, also the elegant located in Lantanna, Or Lakeworth in the plaza where Publix is They are also nasty attitude also, It takes a lot for me to do a bad review but when you are spending your money you work for you should always be treated with respect, even if you just come to look because you never know what kind of business a person may bring to an place of business to make money. I like to give great reviews, but this right here needed to be known, and I did my review first then read other people reviews, and This is not right, but I hope y’all get it right at this store of business.

Honestly if I could choose a lower option than one star I would. I generally hated this store due to the employee that helped me her name was like Nutella something around that line. The amount of back talk and rude attitude I got from this person was upright disrespectful and outrageous ; should never be allowed at a work place. Please train your employees better or don’t have them at all. Make the work place respectful for customers like me and many more please and thank you

I had previously given a three star review due to the poor customer service I got from the workers when I last showed there. I like a lot of the jewelry and accessories they sell at heart prices, also sell all kinds of beauty & cosmetic supply items. They also have a membership program that will save you a great amount, The lady's that helped me today were very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended for Beauty Supply & Accessories

The beauty store is alright I went there with my daughter to get some hair products but we couldn't find the one she wanted it's safe to say that this beauty store is not large and small it's in the middle. But I can assure you it doesn't have everything you need

Very bad attention, the person who is at the cash desk, a white girl, never helps you find what you are looking for, she is always entertained with the phone, boy, always at the place, next time I will ask her name

Shut this store down the people there are not friendly they stand in front of the store talking 1 person on the register and the line has 10 people waiting. Too young, careless, and unhelpful. Get grown adults or mature people

My experience at this location was HORRIBLE! When you ask the employees questions about the products and recommendations no one knows anything or can make any suggestions. An item with no price was scanned at the register for $23. The young lady had to take me at the other register and the same item rang up $45. When I asked why there was a significant difference she realized the item rang up at a higher price. Called the manager over and she lowered the price and blamed it on a computer error. What she should have done is honor it because that’s what I was expecting to pay. Again they could have made another suggestion but the employees don’t have product knowledge.

This place is stocked. If you need it, they have it. It is also very well staffed. So getting help navigating their large selection is quite easy. There is someone to guide you around.
