Horrible customer service. I called in advance asking for fretress water wave in a natural color, they lied and stated it was in stock. I hate it when employees act like it’s a huge inconvenience to get their lazy feet walking and simply check if an item is in stock. I drove 25 minutes out of my way because of the lie she told me. Despite calling in advance to avoid wasting my time, I somehow still ended up wasting my time. When I spoke to the manger about this she was very nonchalance and gave me a ton of excuses rather than being apologetic. This is exactly why black businesses aren’t thriving. Because of poor customer service like this.

Every time I go in this store and try to use my cosmetology discount it’s always a hassle. I’m beyond sick of it. It should not be a hassle to get something that they claim to offer.

The staff was very unfriendly and not very helpful. When you ask where something is they say over there and walk away. I visited twice and not one hello, welcome, no smile just dry funny attitude. Finally I just left, I couldn't keep spending money in a place that made me feel like I was in there alone lost with no assistance.

My daughter's go to place for wigs, lashes, etc. Found some great organic Shea butter wrapped nicely. Great product selections for the black community.

They just need to fix the pricing issue. A lot of pricing for items are wrong/ misplaced or just not priced at all.

Has a small variety of hair ;but large variety of hair. The good thing is that they open late and even certain holidays. So if your ever in need of hair products and hair they are always there.

Cashier only paused her conversation with her coworkers about who she slept with and had a baby by to tell me what my total was. Extremly poor customer service

Friendly and helpful staff. Very informative about the products I was interested in for hair and skin. Will return and shop next time I need something.

I bought the Supreme Brazilian hair and I’ve had it for 4 months, I just washed & installed it again. Amazing quality hair.

Great place to get your hair supplies and there's an awesome salon in the store, ask for Renaila. She's great with hairstyles for the women.

I honestly just moved down in hiawassee and ever since I started shopping at elegant beauty supply store it has been amazing. The people over there are so nice and friendly. Their customer service is exacellent. The store manager Summer is sooo nice. And I just love shopping there. It’s one of my favorite stores because they always have sales of some sort going on where you can’t find in other stores. So I honestly recommend to shop at this this.

First off the workers don’t greet you or ask if you need any help not customer service friendly attitudes unpleasant left and shopped elsewhere.

I always have a great time shopping for wigs. I’m there at least twice a month and the ladies there treat me so nicely! Farah the manager there always takes care of me! Especially today when I had a return but still walked out with 2 things instead of one.

Sadly they where out of stock of a lot of the items I was looking for.

I tried to give this place a chance but this place is bad! On one occasion they sold me an opened and used blow dryer! And on another occasion a Jamaican girl nearly cursed me out for asking her the price! The management really needs to take action! Rude employees= bad service and company! Sorry Elegant Beauty Supply me and my friends and family WILL NO LONGER BE SHOPPING HERE! ‍️
