Nobody never around to help with the wigs section, always gota bother the cashier at the front desk to send somebody for help.uggggggghhh i hate coming here chasing people to do there job!

This has become one of my favorite go-to beauty stores. The owner is always nice and he greets you at the door with a store weekly sales ad. The employees are helpful, and they are friendly and willing to assist you. The store itself is big and spacious, and has a little bit of everything for your beauty supply needs. You will find what you're looking for in this store, plus a whole lot more.

No customer service, employee was helping at all, cashiers don't
know where nothing is located.

Worst experience ever. Got 2 items, 1 for $1.79 and 1 for $1.00. When i got the the register the woman said it was $3.00 and $2.00 and refused to check the prices and simply said "oh nah, those prices need to be changed". On top of that, i stood in line for 10 minutes while she talked it up with a co-worker while 4 other ladies were behind the registers not working. The attitude was completely unwelcoming. I have never experienced such bias.

Elegant beauty supplies has the worst hair, (wigs, weave) not too long ago I bought a wig for almost 300 hundred dollars 1 week later the wig ripped I was in shock.like I don't Know what got into me and went and buy that wig in a beauty supply.i hate myself for that.hair is bad quality. The hair is not fully human hair.like worstttt experience ever.and why overpriced stuff that are not even good quality? Why? That's stealing.i swearrr

The store clerk was very helpful and nice. I found exactly what I was looking for with ease and this store is sooooo very huge 9x out of 10 they will have what you are looking for

They have a wide selection of stuff but their wigs could use some love. Couldn't even wear one for longer than a day

Could have better staff with a better attitude, I like the woman who does the hair in the back of the salon.

On Jan. 7th 2018. I had a horrible experience at Elegant Beauty Supply, There is a Pregnant girl working there and she was very rude to the customers and argued with a older lady th at was in front of me and told her only Haitians would "do that" not sure what she meant but she was haitian also tearing her own people down. It was very racist of her and I have recorded the whole incident and will help this women sue this company. In addition, she called her manager Tony while she was checking me out and yelled at him and told him he needs to come take care of his store, she is rude to her Manger and customers. This young lady does not deserve a job.

Worst customer service. They have great selections but it seems as though after they got enough publicity, they do everything for money. Forget the customers needs. Never coming back!

The manager maria has a bad attitude I purchased a lipstick that was used and when I returned it to the store she didn't give me options as far as exchanging it she simply said "you should have looked at it before leaving the store". I will never return

Was visiting Miami for work and came here to get my hair braided at the salon. Mrs. Catherine and Mrs. Sylvia were amazing! It was affordable and quick and my hair came out exactly how I wanted it. Will not go anywhere else next time I'm in Miami.

I was getting ready to take my daughter there to spend about 500 dollars on hair, but the reviews are to bad. I will search around.

Most of the people that works there are lazy. I called on the phone from broward to ask if they had something they say they did, once I got there the same person I spoke to said they haven't had it for weeks. They didn't apologize, it's like they don't even care. The only person that was nice there was a light skin Haitian lady and I barely see her. Overall, Bad customer service!

Besides the woman who somewhat explained to me what kind of hair I was buying, the staff is so inattentive to their surroundings. Their conversations were more important than the customers in line. So much more important, they were just yelling across the store to each other, really unprofessional. Decent selection if you dont mind being ignored as if you're not a paying customer

I called before I came down there and the lady told me she had the mali hair in Stock so I drive from Pembroke pines just to have Fabiola the same person I spoke with over the phone tell me oh I'm sorry I thought you said marley hair when I said mali hair so unprofessional and the Spanish Guy on his ph texting he's not a good manager and i will never go back to this store
