My church hired this company and it was not a good decision at all. The unprofessional level was extreme. The owner spoke to our church board very disrespectful with no regard. He would not respect our requests and proceeded to do what he desired. We are in awwe at how he handled our account. Needless to say, we terminated the contract.

Kaye is an extraordinary professional and we were blessed by her presence. An incredible woman and a hard worker.

Throughout the years our building has had many maintenance companies and elegant homes is definitely the best by far, most every single time I call someone answers the phone and are always polite friendly and professional and honest. Liliam from Elegant Homes was extremely helpful in the selling process of my client's property. She was very diligent, efficient and professional at all times when assisting on everything we needed.

We hired him months ago to manage our property here at Lakeside and I was very disappointed to hear so many owners complain about his lack of answering emails lack of answering text messages, not answering the phone. I even called him during an association meeting and he didn’t even answer his phone. I will not recommend this man I will not hire him. We are going to seek elsewhere to get better property management.

I feel this office is on top of things. I came in with a packet of things that were needed for an Application and I was treated with courtesy.

I have several questions that have yet been answered. Is this an HOA or a Property Management company? Why isn't there any clear and updated information about this entity online? As a property owner, I find the lack of disclosure as to contracted agreements, notice of meetings, etc, quite disturbing.

I am an investor who buys a lot of properties, many of which have HOA's. Courtney and Sonia at Elegant Homes Property Management LLC are very easy to work with, they return my calls, respond to my emails and are very professional. I had several issues that could have delayed my closing and they provided the documents and affidavits necessary to get the transaction closed.
