Won't be back. My couple of my nails are bumpy, the guy left nail polish on my skin & just did an overall bad job. Then when I was paying the lady up front started getting onto him in front of me about my nails. She could have pulled him aside after I left. Even tho they were speaking Chinese I could still tell she was yelling at him.just bad business in my opinion.

The lady in the very front table is incredibly sweet. She did my nails as a walk in and kept them thin the way I like them with no fuss. A week later one of my nails popped off and she fixed it for free even though I insisted on paying. The customer care is very nice. I’ll definitely be going back

I called and they said they had an opening right away. I went had sat in one of the pedicure chairs and waited 18 mins.til the owner filled the tub with water. I man came and started the pedi. He was rough and it was not a comfortable experience. The polish never dried. It's still tacky. I would not recommend this place.

I just got my nails done and couldn’t wait to share my experience it’s the worst nail salon ever don’t come here they don’t care about you, they even work on others when you came first she did a horrible rushed job on my nails illl never come back

I absolutely love this place. They made accommodations for me and my daughter to get our nails done last minute. Very professional and does great nails and brows!

I don’t usually give reviews unless it’s for something extraordinary and positive, and I’ve waited a couple months to post this. Each time I look down at my feet, I get upset. Thinking of others going in and having no idea prompted me to say something. The male technician that did my pedicure used an electric file and filed so much mail off my big toe that it left a dent and became bloody under the nail. He suggested I must have stumped my toe. I hadn’t. I thought it was only this one toe but a few days later, when I removed the nail polish, I saw that every toe was affected although not as bad as the one big toe. I was visiting Tallahassee and in the future will not walk into random salons.

I couldn’t believe the service I received especially times I’ve been before was great. However, this last time was awful I went to get relaxation looking forward to enjoy my services the nail tech wasn’t focusing on me she was involved helping her co worker instead of focusing on me. Pedicure was horrible, didn’t take time to shape my toenails, didn’t file down my toenails they were thick etc.on top of that I was on time for my appointment I had to wait twenty minutes. No explanation apology and still charge me full price I have always given tips of appreciation 20% or more. I felt I received very uncaring unprofessional service. How could you portray to have Elegance? You must do better with every client that walks in your day spa.

I had the deluxe pedicure and it was wonderful. Loved the experience and the nail tech was so nice. Will come here again.
