18The way they run this place I don’t know how they are still in business, feels like a sleazy boiler room.
By far the best complex I've lived in in St. Pete. The staff is amazing, Tammie specifically has been so helpful since I moved in almost 7 months ago and i'm delighted to be renewing with Elements. 10/10 highly recommend this place!
I've lived in the complex for about 2 years and have had a great experience! The new management here, including Alyssa and Tammie, have been so nice, proactive and responsive to any outreach i've had. The real heros are Trevor and Jacob on the maintenance crew who are out and about all the time responding promptly to all request. I've never waited more than 24 hours for them to come by.
VERY dog friendly, nice residents, great location, and good price. I look forward to staying another year!

Stay away from this place! It’s the worst rental experience I ever had in 23 years, The Leasing agent Dajza doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing, she pushed my move in date a few time’s,
Didn’t reply to phone calls or emails regarding income verification, the day before my move date she suddenly requested them Immediately on the spot and when it took me a few hours to reply with them, because you knew work and prior obligation, she Threaten to cancel my application, I have been a renter for 23 years Between me and my employees, I had rented over 50 apartments all over the Country and never had Any issue, She has no Business working with Customers,
She cancelled my move on the moving day with out saying anything after I Confronted her in a email about hair behaviour, shame on you.
This place is a dump, Worst management company ever, all they care about is your money, overpriced and don’t deliver
When taking a tour I’d recommend doing so with Arnold Gakumba! He’s great and incredibly knowledgeable on the apartments. Super friendly and down to earth as well. If you have any questions he is also very responsive and will get back to you within the hour. Goes the extra mile with making sure you feel confident if you decide to rent with Elements on Third!
I went for a tour and had the best experience ever! Arnold made it so much fun and did a great job showing us everything we wanted to see and finding the best apartment for us! Definitely recommend going and asking for him!
I am moving to Elements at the end of January, and I couldn’t be more excited. Tammie, in the leasing office, has been so helpful during this moving process and went above and beyond to ensure I got the apartment that I wanted. Everyone in the leasing office is so friendly. This is the ONLY apartment I have ever dealt with that has great communication.
I have lived at Elements on Third for 3 years now and have absolutely loved it! Tammy in the office has been so accommodating and helpful with anything I need and maintenance is always out right away when I need them.
Office staff is amazing and they always go the extra mile. Very happy they were extremely patient for my cross country move!
I’ve lived here for a year and love it! I love my apartment and the design. It’s very spacious and has better pricing than nearby communities. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, they’re here to fix it quickly and are very friendly/personable. I’m looking to transfer from my large studio to a 1 bedroom (within the community) and the staff has been so incredibly helpful during the process. It’s a convenient location as well being so close to central ave + in between downtown and the beach. I used to live downtown St Pete where safety was sometimes an issue - I have never had any problems here with feeling safe. Can’t say enough good things!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! My tour was conducted by Jada, who spent HOURS with me answering all of my questions and showing me my different rental options. I was beyond impressed with not only the property itself, but the level of customer service provided. Both Jada and Alyssa went above and beyond while I was finalizing my lease details, they made me feel confident in my decision and welcome in the community. I truly can not say enough positive things about my touring, leasing, and moving-in experience. So happy to call Elements on Third home!
I recently moved into this community, and my overall experience has been excellent. The move-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly, especially Tammie, and the apartment was clean and well-maintained. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, are great additions. The location is convenient to Grand Central. I would highly recommend it to others.
I recently was looking to rent here and the team especially Alyssa was awesome. She was available to answer any questions I had and would get back to me if she didn’t have the answer. The reviews of the property are very misleading, I took a tour and it was very clean even the common areas. I may not be moving here this time but would definitely consider for my next go around.

The staff, Alyssa Hansen in particular, was very professional and competent when helping me through my moving process. Very personable and kind! These are definitely people you want to be surrounded by when looking for a place to live:)
This place is a joke. The gates are always broken so homeless people from the area come into the complex, take packages, lounge in common areas, and one of my neighbors even had a stranger try and follow her into her apartment. There’s trash all the time in the common areas because either residents or the homeless folks leave their trash everywhere. This is not even mentioning the nightmare I went through when I moved in, being given the wrong floor plan for the apartment I signed for and then arriving to a dirty apartment on move in day. Then to top it off they have a terrible policy for not renewing the lease, charging an extra over $2000 if you don’t give them a “full” 60 day notice despite not returning messages about how to go about giving notice. If you value your things, your safety, and your money, I would HIGHLY suggest looking into other complexes.
I want to say hands-down Tammie has been the best property management leader team, I will give her a five star. And the building, 3 star needs more care and attention. She is doing her best to help out with everything and staying strong and positive at the same time and we don’t get that now in days, So please keep Tammie on board and The respect that she needs. Keep up the great work, Tammie, you have been super amazing, thank you for the smile and the great energy you give when i see you each time. From a resident
