Dr Elena is great. Always explains clearly what I need to do. And if I have any questions.
Only trouble is, most times Millennium Health Care takes days to call back for an appointment or answer a question.
My sister in law has been waiting 4 days so far. No call back. So went to urgent care!

Primera vez que escribo una reseña, pero esta señora le deberían quitar su título porque no se de donde demonios lo sacó, no es posible que mi esposo tuvo que pagar una cita para saber si continuaba tomando una medicina y la respuesta de ELENA ALEMÁN fue (queda a su criterio). Que clase de enfermera prácticante es está, no tiene ética y mucho menos empatía. Se que aqui en cape coral es difícil encontrar un buen dr. Pero definitivamente no se vean con esta señora, lo que les digo no es mentira, la salud no es un juego, y ponerla en manos de ella es un riesgo muy grande. Solo quiere cobrar su parte y ya.

The first time I'm writing a review, but this lady should have her title removed because I don't know where the hell she got it from, it's not possible that my husband had to pay for an appointment to find out if he was continuing to take medicine and ELENA ALEMÁN response was (is at your discretion). What kind of practical nurse is this, she has no ethics and much less empathy. I know that here in Cape Coral it is difficult to find a good dr. But definitely do not see this lady, what I am telling you is not a lie, her health is not a game, and putting it in her hands is a very big risk. She just wants to collect her part and that's it.

Sinceramente para ser doctor primero se tiene que ser humano, esta muy claro que vivimos del dinero pero esta doctora tiene mas inclinación hacia el dinero que para la salud de sus pacientes, ya he tenido varías inquietudes con ella pero el día de ayer fue lo peor, tuve un accidente y yo necesitaba un referido de emergencia por una fractura y ella viendo mi mano fracturada no quiso dármela porque tendría que pedir una cita y sus citas estaban a mas de una semana y ella pretendía que me esperara donde el referido no toma mas de 5 minutos, yo entiendo que existen protocolos pero ella no entiende que existen emergencias, tuvimos que buscar a otra doctora siendo ella mi doctora primaria, pues la doctora Mariel Hernandez me atendió de inmediato entendió lo que pasaba y preocupada por mi me refirió en menos de 5 minutos donde a la señora ELENA ALEMAN me vio con mi mano fracturada y no le importo decir que no me atendería.
Como se que vas a leer esto señora te doy las gracias por todo y le pido a dios que jamas te pase ni a ti ni a ningún ser querido y que dios te bendiga.

Honestly, to be a doctor you first have to be human, it is very clear that we live off money but this doctor is more inclined towards money than towards the health of her patients, I have already had various concerns with her but yesterday was the worst I had an accident and I needed an emergency referral for a fracture and she, seeing my fractured hand, did not want to give it to me because she would have to make an appointment and her appointments were more than a week away and she wanted me to wait for me where the referral does not take more than 5 minutes, I understand that there are protocols but she does not understand that there are emergencies, we had to look for another doctor, she being my primary doctor, because Dr. Mariel Hernandez attended me immediately, she understood what was happening and, concerned about me, she referred me in less of 5 minutes where Mrs. ELENA ALEMAN saw me with my fractured hand and she did not mind saying that she would not attend to me.
As I know you are going to read this, ma'am, I thank you for everything and I ask God that this never happens to you or any loved one and that God blesses you.

Visit not friendly at all. Will procede to finding another doctor. Not returning phone calls. Can't get hold of anyone when calling. They don't answer or they hang up on you.

This office is the worst in customer service. They cancel your appointment without reading notes about patients symptoms. Is your appointment is after 3: 30pm they call you to rush your appointment due to Elena Aleman personal issues. She leaves the office before your appointment. Not recommended at all.
