They saved my life. I've been a patient with them since 2020, and can't imagine going somewhere else for my care.

This place is the WORST. They are focused on business! Their technology doesn’t work and they expect you to figure it out. You can call and they will not respond or expect you to work on the platform which never works! Do not go here if you want to work on your mental health.

Lastly I have notified AHCA in regards to the lack this business following protocols and providing accurate care. Lastly PADAM the owner and ceo doesn’t care about your feedback or needs. He is in this for the money only. Please I implore you look elsewhere.

Dr. Bhatia and his crew of professionals are extremely people centered. They take the time to listen to what you have to say and make intelligent responses to help you through whatever you are going through at the time. I also took their TMS treatment and it changed my life completely (for the better, of course). After a lifetime of depression from undiagnosed ADHD and ASD, I am 70, this treatment changed my life completely. If you have ADHD or ASD you know your brain is always filled with "noise"; you hear every conversation in the room, you hear every noise, you see every movement. For me, after the 7th treatment everything went quiet. I had never heard quiet before, so it took me an hour or so to figure out what it was. It has been quiet ever since. TMS did not fix all my problems, but it made it so my brain can receive and process the information given me in the moment.

My mental health took a nose dive since starting with Elevate - Sused Hidalgo in particular. She was disorganized, sent in the incorrect dosage for my prescriptions (I knew the right dose we had talked about thankfully instead of following the incorrect instructions sent to the pharmacy), and - most importantly and concerningly - did not mention or even acknowledge the fact that my pre-appt check-ins were getting worse week after week. She made excuses for everything when I brought it to her attention and it was never addressed, she just tried to deflect blame and move on. I’m not one to question a person in their profession and I certainly don’t want to come for anyone’s job, but you should know that a patient of Sused mentioned in one check-in survey that they were at risk of hurting themselves. Not only did she not acknowledge this concern once during session (she called back to try to talk to them but they were outside their scheduled time and didn’t want to get backcharged AGAIN for services they didn’t ask for), she also did not follow proper protocol for this kind of statement in her profession, and if this patient had been more serious or hadn’t had an outside support system something very tragic could have happened. This person has been hospitalized before and should have been put on watch, or at least acknowledged. As for me, every decision made in regard to my medication has been arbitrary and misguided at best. I’m sorry but you seriously need to reevaluate. As a former legal professional these are serious concerns in such a big practice. I have moved on and although I have to pay quite a bit more the new dr clearly understands how to evaluate needs and prescribe accordingly.

I cannot be more thankful to Dr. Polina. She is awesome to talk to and an amazing listener. She recommends incredible and on-point resources to learn. Dr. Polina gave me the confidence to hold up during extremely trying times in my life. Thank you Dr. Polina!

I LOVE Polina! I have been seeing her for over 3 years and I have never been more stable or happy. She works with me and listens to my concerns while keeping my history in mind and prescribing me the right medication. She is so kind and gives advice outside of just medicating that is helpful and relevant. I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Steward and everyone else are amazing I truly felt "at home" and comfortable with the doctors and staff. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had an extremely negative experience at this facility. One of their psychiatrists, Dolores, provided my mother with highly concerning advice regarding her alcohol detoxification process. Despite my mother explicitly disclosing the severity of her drinking problem, Dolores suggested that she undergo detoxification at home before starting ketamine therapy. It is concerning to me, as well as other medical professionals I consulted, that a new patient grappling with addiction and depression would be immediately subjected to ketamine therapy without prior medication trials.

Due to Dolores' misguided recommendation, my mother attempted to quit drinking at home and has now been in the hospital for the past 4 weeks. She had to be intubated, and spent 12 days in the ICU, barely surviving. The medical team did not think she was going to survive, stating that her withdrawal symptoms were the most severe they had ever witnessed.

This entire ordeal has inflicted unimaginable trauma upon me, and my mother now suffers from PTSD as a result of this horrific experience. I am appalled by the lack of empathy and expertise exhibited by the psychiatrists at this facility. It is evident that this particular practitioner's medical advice had potentially fatal consequences for my mother. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Polina is a top-notch professional who consistently goes above and beyond. Her holistic approach and mindful planning set her apart. With clear and precise communication, she is solution-oriented and always delivers exceptional results.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. It is a joke. They shouldn’t even be operating because their business is a mess. They have constant technology issues, including mass texts and emails. They are never accurate nor fixed. They are unreliable, they outsource to the Phillipine call center to which they can never get anyone on phone. When you do they barely speak English and the grammar is broken. This place is a business not a spot for health. It is a burn and churn numbers game. You are a client like a retail store - they want your money. They do not care. I implore you to seek elsewhere for care.

The quality of care has diminished since Dr. Bhatia has stepped aside. His nurse practitioner just is not qualified to be seeing patients or provide the same level of care. So sad. The last thing a patient with acute mental health issues needs is an incompetent provider.

Doctor Polina Disgupta, where can I start? For one, she has been through my journey of healing and grieving all at the same time, I am truly grateful for her, she has alot of knowledge and alot of professionalism in her work and secondly she listens very well and is blunt no ring around the rosies with her and thats what i need in this life full of fake people! I like her bluntness. I hope I can continue to heal and have her help me throughout my journey. Thank you again Doctor Polina God Bless you

Ryan Walker is simply great at his job. It's exceedingly rare to find people and businesses in South Florida that are easy to deal with and can actually do their jobs correctly. I did a ton of due diligence prior to making my appointment here, and I'm 100% satisfied with the experience in every way.

Dr. Polina Dasgupta is the best doctor and human being I have met, she shows her care for the patient and is with you along your journey. I will be forever grateful of knowing Elevate Psychiatry Brickell. It has been a long and difficult journey for me, which has been bearable thanks Polina's care and professionalism. She explains conditions in an excellent way, is patient, kind, ethical and trustworthy.

Polina is amazing!
I strongly recommend this medical office. They are not like other offices where they only prescribe you meds. She cares for how you feel, and here they make you feel extremely comfortable by giving you so many other ideas to implement to your daily routine.

I also like the portal they have, where you can communicate with them for any questions or concerns you may have.

Dr. Polina has help me so much, I appreciate her time, her amazing advises, her great sense of humor and beautiful energy she has. Without her constant help, I wouldn't be feeling so good like I’m feeling now.

Ps. I was reading some reviews here and is ridiculous how people complaint about the ‘money’ the cost of visits etc.you have to realized that everywhere you go; you have to pay for visits, medications, labs, X-rays etc.nothing is free and when is for your health don’t complaint!
… Miami is a very expensive city and not even parking is free.and also getting upset just because a dr told you to implement exercise and other cool things to your daily life, is an A+.
So think before complaining!
If you can’t afford $25-$50 co pay and you are a complainer, please go to Jackson Hospital!
