Absolutely love Elevate Yoga! I took my first class on Mother’s Day and my daughter insisted on trying it, we just took her second class and she is obsessed to say the least! We have a running countdown to her next one

I have absolutely loved coming to Elevate Yoga and feel stronger and better than ever. All the instructors are encouraging and kind and bring a unique take to the practice. There is truly a class for everyone and it is such a fun, relaxing experience while still being a great workout. I always enjoy coming here.

I’ve loved coming here! The studio is very chill and they have a bunch of awesome classes like acro yoga, aerial yoga, and yin among others. Class passes are also affordable.

This review is purely and solely on their customer service. I'm pretty sure what they do it is really great however I decided not to spend any money not even on a one day trial class because it took 2 days for someone to finally answer my voicemails and when I went to the center I person just to get some sort of information they had locked the doors and I do understand it for the people inside so they can have a very Peaceful class but from a customer service standpoint especially for someone who's interested in trying, not having someone to unlock the door and answer a couple simple questions I find very unprofessional for a business.

Georgie was so welcoming and helpful! It was our first time participating and she was extremely patient and kind with us. Definitely recommend!

Such a zen place filled with light and love! It was relaxing in such a primal way when we did the yin yoga flow and we were in our own little cocoons:) it made me so happy! Love this place, and I can't wait to try more classes!

Such a lovely experience attending the Kundalini Yoga class this previous Sunday afternoon. The class I attended was more of a yoga nidra style class. We were up in the silks and our instructor provided us with an amazing experience throughout. I hope the next class can include more chanting and sound which I know offers me a more elevated kundalini experience. So glad I found this studio!

This was my first ever airy yoga class and I am absolutely loving it. Abby’s class was very fun and she was so patient to help me out with poses. I would highly recommend her class!

I highly recommend Elevate to any one interested in yoga. There are a variety of classes available taught by caring instructors. I started learning Ashtanga which is something I had never heard of before coming here. Even though I didn’t know what I was doing I felt welcomed and accommodated. I took a workshop to memorize the sequence and have been practicing for over a year now. I love the Mysore style classes since they provide individualized instruction and hands-on adjustments. My overall health has noticeably improved since I started practicing Ashtanga at Elevate. It is an experience I recommend to all of my friends. I hope you try it out too!

The Elevate Yoga My Sore class is like going to India while living in Orlando. The discipline of Ashtanga is taught in sequence with hands-on assistance for the more challenging poses. This has allowed me to go further than I knew my body was capable of and get deeper into my poses. Priscilla has superior knowledge of this method, and all the other teachers have expanded on what she has been teaching me.

I also tried the unlimited for one month for other classes with Aerial yoga, Yin yoga, and Kundalini yoga. My favorite teachers on the Elemental side are Samantha and Niki. There is something for every yogi no matter if beginner or advanced.
