Have been going here for about 4 years and have excellent service every time! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They take the time to answer all questions without fail.

Fuming! Last year I went in for new glasses. I got the exam done and had the new glasses ordered. I got the glasses and they mixed my prescription with someone else and gave me lenses for near sightedness when I am in fact far sighted. I was told I just need to get used to the new glasses. So I tried for a week and it was migraine inducing. Went in for another exam and that is when they discovered they mixed up my prescription. They "fixed" it but my glasses were pretty much useless and I have been using my previous prescription for the last year. On Tuesday of this week (It is now Saturday) I scheduled an appointment for today.
I call to check the status because I have not heard from them. They "lost" my appointment so now I try to schedule an appointment today and I am stuck on hold for over 30 minutes. I use another phone to call in and get answered right away. They forgot about me on the other line. They said I was required to do the retinal scanning not covered under insurance and I cannot opt out. Not going to happen. This appointment was my second chance for them and they blew it. My entire family will be moving our business elsewhere.

Dr Bradley Austin is the best! So knowledgeable and patient. He takes his time to make sure your prescription is exactly what you need.highly recommend him.

In all transparency, I have never visited the office but I did train Dr. Austin to be an optometrist. Having trained nearly 3000 optometrists in my career, I can attest that Dr. Bradley Austin was one of the finest young men and professionals that I have ever encountered. I am sure he will treat you well.

Dr. Austin is an amazing doctor. You can definitely tell that he cares not only for his patient's eye care but also for their wellbeing. We are lucky to have this doctor in our community!

Nothing but issues with this location. Their Billing Department doesn't call back or follow up when they are at fault. Issue still not resolved after almost 2 months of calling their office and getting no response.

I was seen promptly. The office staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Austin was great. He took time to answer my questions and his examination was very thorough.

We have been seeing Dr. Austin for 3 years now and are always pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He always takes his time to address any concerns or questions we may have. Our son wanted to try contacts for the first time and Dr. Austin and his staff were very attentive and helpful during his first fitting. I suggest this office to all my family and friends:)
