Eli installed custom ES windows on our two home remodeling project. The quality of both the windows/doors, as well as the installation was top notch. Her individual attention in after install service was great and we're very much looking forward to working with her again on our new project!

Eli Glass installed impact windows and sliding glass doors on my townhouse and my neighbor's townhouse in Coconut Grove replacing a couple dozen windows, the front doors and the back sliding glass doors. Eli Glass did an excellent job that was completed on time and in a professional fashion. Both townhouses look great. Best of all, the price was significantly below competitors.

I was very disappointed with this company. My door was ordered in November, and i was guaranteed delivery within 5 weeks max.its now January 19th and i am still waiting.this company called me and promised me my doors were finished in the middle of December, but i have yet to receive my doors.i was then told they would be delivered BY END OF WEEK, so i removed my existing doors and now for the past month i have a 15ft x 12ft opening in my house as no doors were delivered. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING TO BE PROMISED SOMETHING AND THEN NOTHING DELIVERED. AS OF TODAY I AM STILL WAITING. AND THEY MAKE YOU PAY THEM IN FULL BEFORE YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Professionalism at its finest! My first contracter did not finish the job and took over a year and a half without completion. Got in contact with Eli and she layed out the plan and prices ASAP. Super transparent and efficient during the entire process. Amazing service before and after doors were installed. We noticed a piece was missing and Eli had her team come out within less than 24 hours and was a quick fix. The doors and window are beautiful and we have the shades up every day to let the sunlight in. Definitely recommend her and her team if you are looking for windows and doors.
