Stopped in with my brother in-law and his daughter to buy a pair of boots. The people "working" there were too busy to help her find the right size of boots. So we got back in the truck and drove to the boot store up by I4. I will never go back to this store.

Another boot store too that disappointed me.customer service was the worse the girls working there just seemed to talk about us behind our back, and kept watching are every move.we wanted to spend a lot of money to find what we wanted but instead bought nothing cause of how uncomfortable we where I will continue to go to way out west cause they seem not disappoint me or make me feel uncomfortable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have NEVER experienced customer service as bad as Eli’s. Do NOT order from them online! My white Resistol hat was supposed to be in new condition. I paid $180 for it. I called the store before placing the order online and I was assured that it had “minimal” dust on it from where it’s been kept in the box. Fast forward a few days later and the hat arrived in absolute terrible condition. First, it wasn’t even packaged in a shipping box. It was wrapped in kraft paper like a Christmas present and the packing tape absolutely ruined the Resistol box. It was around an hour from when I received the package to when I emailed customer service. Ashley told me their hats NEVER go out in this condition and insinuated that I had been the one to put it in that condition. She then said she would look into it and later said the girls who packaged it did so “in front of their security cameras” and that I should open up a claim with UPS since this condition must have been caused by them. Eventually Sam told my husband to send it back for a refund before hanging up on him. Online shoppers and customers in general, beware!

I was in here to drop a couple of bills on either hat or pair of boots. My 74 year old mother needed to use the restroom. You can't tell me that employees can't make an exception for an older lady! So just take my money down the road.

Large selection of boots, hats, belts, buckles, jeans, shirts, shoes. Service was a little impatient. Really good store though.

I’m really disappointed in this store we have been a customer for over 15 years and it’s juts not the same selection is terrible customer service is worse and and apparently the bathroom is broken. Really a great place to take children to find out you must go to a wind Dixie to let them use the restroom. It’s just not the same store as it use to be we drive a hour and a half out of the way just to come here and honestly i wouldn’t stop if it was on the way by now

Very great place, friendly staff, loads of Western Wear from your smallest child to your oldest. At a reasonable price
