ELITE AC LLC, Jacksonville FL

I would never use this place, I was driving down kernnan and Atlantic today 5/9/19 6: 30pm and one of the drivers was on my butt for 10 min I couldnt even hit my breaks or he would hit me! He was so aggressive, swerving back and forth, I was going 10 over the speed limit he finally went around and weaved in and out of traffic cutting people off and making them slam on breaks, so reckless and selfish! Anyone who drives like that with no regard or care for people, family's (potential customers). I would never want someone so rude selfish and arrogant in my house around my family! Please warn your employees to not drive like a maniac while driving a company car endangering other people because They are to impatient and ignorant to sit in traffic which was not bad at all. Ugh plus it makes you and your company look awful if thats the kind of people you hire. I can't imagine how many customers you lose due to a reckless crazy driver?

Strongly recommended. Aviv went above and beyond. Very professional answered all our questions and was very detailed. We scheduled for a vent cleaning thinking the vents needed to be serviced due to a lingering smell we had, turned out to be something completely different. Not like other companies that will rip you off, this company is very Honest!

Victor came by to clean and he was great! He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. As a new homeowner I appreciated that he took extra time with me to explain and show me everything I was curious about. As a business model I liked the way that Victor took before and after pictures as well as providing pictures and quotes for recommended services.

We used them to replace our ac system, they did an awesome job! Their price was fair and they worked quickly & efficiently to install our new unit! They live up to their great reviews! We highly recommend them!

Very professional all around. Had AC installed, Mike and Alex were timely, professional, efficient, and left the place clean.

They came out to do a job but couldn't because my house was old and they didn't have a machine to do it correctly. Thank you for your honesty. I will keep u in mind for any other service that might come up.

They installed my AC system about a year and a half ago and did a fine job with the install. Every time I have had any sort of issue with the system, they have been quick to respond ASAP.

Just recently, I had an issue with the replacement thermostat Nest sent me. Daryl the technician was able to help me troubleshoot the issue and fix it over the phone without needing a service visit or incurring a service charge. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Great experience! Professionalism all around! Replaced complete split system. It's only been a few days since but I'm happy so far. The installers did an awesome job and cleaned up very, very well. Absolutely no trace of them being here.

Just want to let everyone know.that I have had a great experience with Elite ac. Daryl came out and repaired the unit on the same day.
He called and spoke to me told me what the issue was and it was corrected. When I called to pay the bill Diane explained the bill and the platinum service contract which will save me money.
