My car was hit very badly in the front and I researched and found Elite Collision Specialist for auto body repair. I am thoroughly satisfied with their repair of my car! They were very patient while I worked through insurance and even vacuumed and cleaned my car for me after repairing the front. Special shout out to Oscar and front staffing for answering all of my questions and providing friendly service. Thank you team, my baby look BRAND SPANKING NEW!

Although their website claims "Full insurance support" and that they "accept all insurance claims" after a week of waiting for Elite to be able to even take a look at at my vehicle for an estimate, we came in when asked, by appointment and when we arrived were told we needed to wait over an hour or two for anyone to help us. We were then told we can park the vehicle and someone would call us when they were ready. I left and headed to work to receive 3 calls from 3 different people all with conflicting request and ultimately the manager Jay telling me he's never heard of my car insurance and they are only accepting GEICO. I happily told him no worries! After the ridiculous run around, my husband quickly picked up my vehicle, drove it next door and gave the 8K business to another body shop that had zero issue with my insurance:) what a waste of time! Additionally Jay the manager was incredibly rude.

Incredible attention. And solution level. Speed, communication, effectiveness and efficiency and excellent coordination. Excellence. This is what the final product should be like.

Best shop hands down in Miami. I had prior work done at a different shop and it caused some problems with the repair here. The owner Felipe is super helpful and went above and beyond to help fix bad work from another shop. This is my second time coming to this location and they provide great service each time. Ask for Chris or Oscar both are great service managers.
