Such amazing customer service! We rented four 36” high top tables. After they loaded our truck and then drove home, we realized we only had three 36” tables and one was 30”. I called Elite and within 1 hour, they delivered a 36” table to our home! We are so impressed!

Elite Events + Rentals came through very clutch for us as we had a corporate birthday party and needed some last minute linens and tables. They were able to get everything delivered to us and set up and we were incredibly thankful for that! Thanks again for such great service!

We have worked with Elite numerous times and it is always so easy to reserve items and they do a wonderful job. The staff is so friendly & quick with responses!

Was quoted $910.50 for 150 folding chairs when listed as $1.25 on the site after a Google search. This is not including taxes or a 3% "convenience charge" if paying via credit card (Hey guys its 2023). Chairs were actually $1.75 and the delivery charge was $249 but then they added a $399 charge for after hours pickup of the chairs. So the chairs would have been $262.50 which is fair but drop-off and pickup would be an additional $648. Total bush league operation.

For my wedding on 9/23/23 at Fenway Hotel in Dunedin I had all my linen and dance floor brought in as the venue did not supply the specific colors I wanted. I reserved 4 months in advance and paid an additional fee to have delivered and set up the day before. THANK GOD I did bc what they dropped off was disgusting! I ordered a white dance floor and was given a 16x16 DISCOLORED, scuffed dance floor. Something you would see in a rundown smoke filled bar. It looked liked a hospital floor from the 80’s. On top of that all 110 napkins I ordered had to be ironed by my bridal party bc of the excessive wrinkles. The only reason I am even giving this company a one star review is because they did come out right away and replace the dance floor. They did not have a white one to offer so I had to settle for black. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE PLANNING AN ELEGANT EVENT!

I have worked with Mike and Shannon at Elite Rentals, through the Community I work at Waterchase. Each and every time, I have had an excellent, professional experience. The quotes are delivered promptly, Adjusted if needed, invoiced right away. The delivery is quick and always on time. I would recommend Elite for all of your event needs!

Elite Rentals was the perfect company for our wedding and we'd use them again in a heartbeat for any other event we may have. Armond was the employee we worked with the most and he was incredibly friendly, answered all of our questions and helped immensely with our order many times especially when we had to quickly downsize the table numbers and plates at the last minute. Everything arrived on time and was easy to setup. We ordered a dance floor and they helped us place it and assembled it quickly and efficiently. Everything we ordered made our wedding day extra spectacular and we are so happy with their service.

We had a rough go about with Elite Events & Rentals. We rented a stage and skirting. The stage was very beat up upon arrival and did not look nice. The skirting was not the appropriate size for the stage and was way too long, people were tripping over it (had to keep tucking it under). We ended up having to pay for our skirting that somehow "went missing" before they picked it up, they didn't deduct the rental fee at all and in addition they charged us to purchase the skirting. Overall, not great Customer Experience with these folks. Will look elsewhere next time!

We rented emerald napkins from Elite Events & Rentals for our wedding last weekend. The pick up and drop off process was seamless and the napkins were great quality! Riley was extremely responsive and I would definitely recommend Elite Events to friends and family!
