Just took a class with the new instructor Lori. She was great! Loved the music choices, interaction, and energy level. Now I just need her to teach a few night class.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a fitness class led by instructor Shirley Byrd. In her class, she consistently calls out the movements, regardless of your fitness level, and this ensures everyone can follow along with ease. She provides proper form.cues, provides tips to minimize the risk of injury, provides clear instructions, and plays great music! If you haven’t tried her class, you should because you will not be disappointed.

Elite Fitness Centers, 280 Corporate Way, Palm Bay, has gotten us moving again as it offers more than exercise machines, though Elite has quite the array of exercise equipment in a clean, healthy, cheerful and well-lit environment! Husband, Rick, & wife Alicia team provide a wonderful atmosphere starting with Rick who gives quite the free personal orientation & Very personable, Alicia, who treats all interested exercises via golden oldies can't-sit-still music with professional exercise geared to those who need fun, safe exercise. We are home! My husband & I even got two of their light blue & dark blue matching Elite 100% cotton shirts & my husband is going for his free orientation today! Yay! Lucille H.

Love the classes! Alicia is the best and thanks to Rich for covering her classes. Always have options for each movement to make sure no one ever over does it. My knee is almost completely rehabbed and my weight is down. Thanks!

It is the best gym I have been to, I am happy, it is a very nice place, it is a clean place, it is very familiar, the teacher Alicia is such a sweet, loving person, she treats the elderly with so much love, I am happy and grateful to have found this gym.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. The female owner is rude and seems to only care about getting elders money. They do not have updated machines. Very old and some machines are just gross. Not sanitary as they have one rag that the same person uses over and over again on one machine. Too cheap to supply paper towels or clean towels. They have Zumba classes that are so full that often times there are ladies standing to the side with no room to dance. They don’t have a safe distance between members and we are scrunched in like sardines. Rather than hiring more staff to do more classes she would prefer to allow paying customers to go without exercise. They seem to cater to certain paying members and give them special privileges and encourage clique behavior. Too expensive for older run down machines, and a studio room that is over capacity.

Elite Fitness is a beautiful place to physical fitness. It is also a meet and greet gathering for exercise experiences. Met a few people like myself who have state that they look forward to come out and exercise due to the friendly atmosphere

Staff is always helpful. Clean and open 24 hrs. Alittle pricey. But worth it if it fits your needs.

Overall a good gym with a reasonable price tag. I originally started here in 2019 before the pandemic and it was very clean with very nice staff. I just came back and overall still has really great staff and is relatively clean. My only concerns being some of the equipment is getting tired and in need of a replacement, as well as the gym itself becoming a bit overfilled with people. At night especially there are some downright rude customers who I believe to be high-schoolers, who show no respect and are really loud which makes it genuinely uncomfortable for me and everyone else.

Family owned and operated! Always friendly staff, clean, plenty of machines and equipment to choose from. ️️️️️

Best gym in brevard. The owners and crew are great people and make me want to show up and workout all the time.

It has a great gym culture with awesome members that want to help you succeed. And are great to interact with.

The equipment is varied and just what your looking for with options for any routine, including a garage section and outdoor area. That allow you to be more noisy and social without intruding into others workouts.

I never want to workout anywhere else, its definitely home for me.

If you are Hispanic and speak little or no English, this is the gym you are looking for.
The coaches are exceptional. I've only had good experiences. Rich, James and Alicia are incredible. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
The price is cheap, especially if you compare it with the prices in South Florida where having a personal trainer is a luxury.
They also have classes for children in case a mother wants to train while the child is in class.
The site and specifically the bathrooms are extremely clean.
It is a hard workout with very happy people, the results are incredible.
I feel 10 years younger!

Been going to elite since 2013 I have to say it’s the best group of people I’ve ever met the staff the trainer’s are amazing and friendly plus free coffee I definitely recommend them

I had James as a personal trainer for roughly 2 months and it’s the push I needed to start my fitness over. His knowledge and encouragement made me fall in love with the gym again.
