Elite Hair Salon, Boca Raton FL

I booked my appointment for a blow dry with this salon post a shoulder surgery that left me with one arm to do normal everyday things like washing and drying my own hair for some weeks. The appointment was made through ClassPass as I usually use the app for workouts, but again, shoulder. The app has two addresses, so prior to my appointment I called and spoke to the receptionist explaining I had a 1: 30 appointment and that I wanted to make sure I was at the right place. I proceed to to the salon and there's no signage at all. So, I again call, the receptionist gives me the specifics to find it. I walk in and there is one woman getting a haircut and no one else there (including the receptionist who gave me the directions) I sit and wait for about 10-12 minutes with no acknowledgment. The lady leaves and the hairdresser tells me to take a seat in her chair. I explain I just need a wash and dry. She then proceeds to tell me she doesn't have time for me, that she has another appointment at 2 and asks me if I can wait because her other client absolutely cannot. I explain I made the appointment and she shows me she doesn't have me on her calendar. She came off argumentative and outright rude like I was being scolded like a child. I leave the salon and call the number from my car; I explain my situation and she tells me she also doesn't see an appointment and she "didn't think they worked with ClassPass anymore. " If you didn't see my appointment, then why give me directions TWICE and not even question it? She tells me she will call her boss, who doesn't answer but tells me to contact ClassPass. Once I reach out to ClassPass, they respond telling me they cannot refund me because the salon claimed I didn't show up for my appointment! I wasn't going to even go out of my way to write a review until they flat out lied about the situation. The unprofessional attitude and actions of the staff is enough to tell you to not even bother or waste your time here.

This is the first time I’ve ever been to a professional hairstylist and it was an incredible experience! She has an intense passion and spirit for her customers and is an absolutely incredible hair stylist. We did a transformation and I have never felt better! I will never trust anyone else now!

Magdeline is tye best hair stylist in the world! She is my super hero. I lost almost all my hair a year ago due to covid. After is grew out a bit she cut, colored and styled my hair to make me look and feel amazing! She is the best person to talk to. Her prices are great and her new salon is so modern and amazing. I would definitely recommend her!

She is a perfectionist with making your hair look its best and I am so thrilled with how my hair turned out. I chose this salon based on other reviews and I am SO GRATEFUL I did! I will definitely be going back! Magdeline is ONE OF A KIND! She’s SO attentive and skilled and kind! Magdeline spent more time with me discussing my desired outcome than any stylist I’ve ever been to and did EXACTLY what we discussed. Magdeline is a miracle worker. My hair was brassy and in desperate need of color and highlights. She brought my hair back to life and it looks amazing! I actually had tears in my eyes when she was finished because she did such a phenomenal job. She is a color expert and the best hair stylist I have ever had.

Where do I begin? I found this hidden gem because of a bad color and cut that I received from another Boca salon six weeks ago. I was furious when I left my old salon because after giving the stylist four chances on my head, the last visit resulted in the worst color and cut job I have ever had in my life. I was nervous to go to another salon that I was not familiar with, however, the online ratings for Elite Salon and the owner, Magdeline, is what made my decision to make an appointment. Unlike a lot of businesses who have high ratings, but no context to back up the ratings, the ratings for Elite Salon are thoughtful and detailed, which factor into a potential customer’s decision to use the business.

Elite Salon is a beautiful, upscale, and elegant salon. It’s not a big, multi stylist salon, so when you go, it's all about you. It’s quiet, no loud music, and spotless (they follow Covid safety protocols). Magdeline, the owner, is so lovely and patient. She really listened to me. She is meticulous, detailed, and doesn’t rush through the services. This young woman knows her craft. She is all about continuing education and it shows in her talent. I hated bringing a ruined head to a new salon because it makes it that much more challenging to fix the mess from a previous stylist. Oh my gosh, Magdeline worked her magic. I was shocked at how gorgeous my hair looked after she finished, and it still looks fantastic. I’ve received so many compliments. She took a horrible mess and turned it into a beautiful masterpiece. The color and highlights are gorgeous, and the cut is fantastic. I did not expect such amazing results, but Magdeline knows what she’s doing, and you can tell she is so passionate about her craft.

Magdeline is personable and fun, and I'm excited to have her as my new stylist. She radiates a loving, kind, and fun energy – what more can a customer ask for than this? I highly recommend Elite Salon. The prices are in line with the zip code, they are not outrageous like some of the other Boca salons. I am thrilled to have found Elite Salon.
