I had a January 4 appointment with Juan Rodriguez who apparently quit. I had dealt with him and needed help with Medicare. I did receive a voicemail from whoever replaced him. I called and left number; nobody bothered to call back. I found another company. I would give this company a zero for customer service. Rodney Field- Okeechobee, Fl

1st the person I was with right after signing up left the company. His replacement and I came to the conclusion of going wit Humana mostly for the Part B reimbursement, however it was not told to me that I would have to wait 4 months before the insurance kicked in. I would have stayed with the company I was with. Watch when dealing with this company

This company is fantastic to work with. They have the answers. You tell them what you what from a supplement plan and what you can afford and they do their very best to find it.
