I've been a patient here for two years and the nurses, front desk staff, and Dr Mehta have all be so kind and made me feel as comfortable as one can during one of those visits. The office is also very clean, bright, and calming. My only complaint would be the wait time, I've often had to wait around beyond my appointment time but I also understand that sometimes things run longer then expected, especially during Covid times.

My visit was great. The wait time was not bad and the office was clean. Dr. Shepard was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I am pregnant with my first baby and feel blessed to be under Dr. Shepard’s care. She is very knowledgeable, a superb doctor, and much more than that. She is a beautiful caring person. Every visit brings me so much joy because I know how kindly I will be treated by her and Elite’s OBGYN staff.
I got this link for my consultation with Dr. Shepard, but I also saw Dr. Metha in the past and she also fantastic, answering patiently to all my questions and being always so sweet.

I really don't know how they get such great reviews. This started months ago when I moved to FL from a small island where healthcare is poor and PCOS is not well known or treated. I moved here specifically to get help for this very painful condition which is getting worse as I age. I also have pretty embarrassing clinical anxiety and especially as it relates to doctors I get very nervous and anxious. I made my appointment and as I always do, I told them about my anxiety so they are prepared. The ladies in the office were not exactly friendly (red flag) but I read they were specialists in PCOS so I decided to go ahead with the appointment. My first appointment I waited and waited well past my scheduled appointment time. I finally saw Dr. Kushlack but sadly she was pretty dismissive of my concerns and kept focusing on my anxiety and not my PCOS concerns. At the first appointment when I was leaving the receptionist gave me cards for primary care doctors. I was curious as to why, as Elite is a specialist and why do I need a to see a primary when I am already seeing a specialist? She snapped back at me and was EXTREMELY rude to me. I decided I wouldn't go back to Elite and made an appointment at another office. About a week later they messaged me on their portal to schedule an ultrasound. I told them I was very hesitant because of the way I was treated at the last appointment. Quickly I received a call back from Dr. Kushlak's "assistant" who was VERY nice and assured me that wouldn't happen again and offered apologies so I canceled that secondary appointment with the other provider. Thinking that maybe I just caught them on a bad day and desperate for answers, I agreed to another appointment but I was told that Dr. Kushlak had left the practice. I would have to go over all of my issues once again with their new physician. I agreed and hoped that she would have a better bedside manner, but I made sure we could do bloodwork at this time also since I asked for it to be done when they did the ultrasound, saving me trips and time off work which they failed to set up correctly on my 2nd visit. Third appointment, I arrived on time and sat in the waiting room where they were late for my appointment again by 45 minutes. When I saw the new physician, Dr. Shepard she stated PCOS "was her speciality". I was so excited to FINALLY have someone who would understand PCOS! The next thing she said was about calorie intake and loosing weight. Honestly, after this I just shut down and knew this was my last appointment at this practice. It doesn't take a degree to know that weight gain from insulin resistant PCOS is not like a normal persons weight gain. My head sunk. She handed me a tissue box. I wasn't crying I felt utterly defeated and dismissed yet again and by a "specialist" this time. So BEFORE a drop of blood was drawn, (other than an ultrasound that did show cysts) she basically tells me to loose weight. Anyone with insulin resistant PCOS understand its not as simple as "just lose weight" and we are tired of hearing this, especially BEFORE you have any information on what's actually going on in our bodies. During that consultation she asked me the exact same questions that were already on my chart from the initial visit but I obliged because being thorough is good. Honestly, I do blame myself. I should have known the moment I got treated like garbage that they could care less about me or my problems. We are walking paychecks (likely why you have to pay first which I find super odd). Then I received a certified letter from Elite stating that I needed to find another doctor because of "bad rapport" ME? !? ! You must be kidding. I have given them EVERY opportunity to treat me with dignity and respect and they have done the polar opposite. I suppose Dr. Shepard did not like the way I asked her to at least get and review my bloodwork before telling me "to lose weight". I hope this review saves someone from feeling even worse about yourself, wasting money, time and getting treated like dirt.

Dr Mehta and her staff are lovely people. They are caring and receptive to you feelings.
Might I add right on the ball with any situation that may arise. I have recently change my GYN to Dr Mehta and I'm very pleased.

I've been a patient here for over a year and I have to say I actually look forward to my visits here. Dr. Kennedy is one of the best! Her bedside manner and thoroughness to me as a patient is tremendous! She follows up with her patients to ensure their health needs are met. The front desk staff and Alisha are always professional, friendly, extremely helpful, and make you feel at home. Choosing this office was one of the best decisions I've ever made!

When it comes to Dr. Katina Kennedy she is very professional, very informative, she listens to your concerns and most importantly has a welcoming personality. She is someone that you will never forget.

Dr. Davis-Kennedy is awesome. Professional bedside manner, she reviews your chart before hand to ensure treatment was effective. Will return to see her!

I had been going here for two years now and my experience with Dr. Katina Kennedy has been wonderful! She is very personal and listens to your needs. The staff up front is very professional as well.

Based on the excellent reviews, I was expecting so much more.
The communication beforehand was great and it was easy to make an appointment, however I arrived 15 min early as requested and sat in the waiting room until 5 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time before the receptionist even opened the window. Not a very welcoming environment.
After getting into the room (25 minutes after my appt time) and seeing NP Katrina, she was quick but I didn’t feel like she was thorough. The first question she asked me upon walking in was if I had a primary care provider. She almost walked out without addressing my concerns I had brought up during my intake. Then when I stopped her and asked, she deflected my questions and concerns by telling me I needed to go to a primary care provider, even though they were things I’ve brought up with past OB GYN providers and received information and guidance about. All around disappointed with my visit and will not be back.

Doctor is very kind and understanding she also listen to your problem and very concerned explain everything very detailed what she and her time will be performing.very nice and nurses and front desk are a wonderful 100% A plus.great time work and thanks again will definitely continue comeing back here.ps. Update: This place used to be great, Dr Lanalee used to check you for long enough to answer your questions and concerns, now she runs in and out and it always seems rushed.my last 3 appointments I have seen the dr for less than 5 mins that's including time for a PAP smear.the nurses are so nice and kind that they make up for what the rest of the service lacks

Very very very bad experience, she doesn't know what does it mean the dream to be a mother, she gave me clomid for 6 months, without any ultrasound or blood test. She is not a doctor, she business women.

Very bad experience.brutal and careless exam, thought that a woman 's approach would be maybe more appropriate.going back to the experienced obgyn.
