Isabel is wonderful! I'm a new contractor and she helps in everything. She promptly answers the emails and phone making feel like we are her only clients.
Her fees are very reasonable, actually it is cheaper, than trying to do everything ourselves.

We are very thankful for Isabel at Elite Permits for all the work she has done for us regarding the permit of our new construction. We were new to the process and she guided us all the way through, never minded if we were ignorant, always answered fast and with a detailed explanation. We had to take care of documents that was required for the permit but I never felt it is not our job. Her advices and comments was extremely helpful, and any issues we had she looked after immediately and let us know what to do. We couldn't make it to the permit without Isabel and her professional communication with Collier County.

Working with Elite has exceeded our Permit Expediting expectations. They will be the first we call for any project we have in Naples or Sarasota.

Very disappointed with the service we got. First, the lady assigned to the permit for my home, didn't have too much information. I have to literally do everything for her. Once all was completed, they asked me for a Power of attorney, that I had to pay to later find out they couldn't even use it on the city and they didn't know. They couldn't even submits the permits into the city, instead I had to do it. I literally did it all, all they did was put paper together. On top of that I was charged over $200 for printing regular size paper, that I didn't even requested. Even worse, company trying to get me to pay them, without the permit being approved yet which I did so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Isabel was very professional and believe you need her to get through the Collier process. Kent Lloyd
