We had a great experience on selling our home at Florida, it went very smooth and easy with Zoraya Colon and her great team. The process went very fast also, they did a great work on posting great pictures with specific information on all the social networks available. Fraud place, send a technician to do a job in one of there houses, they told me only after we finish to job that it's take time to get the check. (Everyone know when job done need to get paid but not with them), waited 4 days and then get a text massage that they didn't like the job and they don't gonna pay, 4 days after we did what they ask for. Be aware and don't do nothing in there place if u want to get paid

If I could rate them with a 0 I would. I called the office to make a complaint and for the first time I heard that they are not responsible for looking into the property if they were only hired to create a contract for the owner of a property. I used to live in MA and I rented a property in Lake Wales trusting the transaction as an "agency" was involved. I did not have the ability to come to FL to see the property due to budget limitations, which I understand it was my fault. My complaint is that if you are creating a contract and you are an agency, who cares about your reputation, I do not believe that you should NOT come to the property and see what you are signing for. This property is NOT SAFE! The windows are locked, the doors are not in their frames, insects are able to get in super easily and the Agent Zoraya tells me that she is not responsible for what the owner is listing. Basically, I rent a property using false advertisement like my landlord did and Elite Realty cleaned their hands like nothing. I came with a signed leased and had to go through hell to be able to be released from this contract. I think that next time a short inspection doesn't hurt! Even if you are contracted to just "type a contract". If you were in my situation you would feel like everybody took advantage of you, but it is nice to know how your agency works. This shows how much you guys care for people safety.
