I had Elite Restoration Corp come out to my business to repair a very difficult job. I contacted them on Tuesday and Wednesday morning I had them working on it. They are super professional, on time, knowledgeable and helpful. I seriously would recommend them 1000% for any of your restoration needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Elite Restoration. We hired them to do replace our roof and some interior water damage after a storm and they were great. From the very beginning Brian and his entire crew were on time, professional and did amazing work. Will definitely use Elite again for any future projects.

I bought a house in Davie, Florida that needed a LOT of work. I fell in love with the house for the view and the fact that that it was on a lake but knew that it would need to be completely redone. I essentially wanted to create a brand-new home for myself to take advantage of the view that was already there. In the beginning of my restoration project I worked with a contractor that sold me on a dream that could not be delivered on. After gutting the house and doing multiple projects (for example a bathroom renovation, electrical work that wasn’t to code, etc.) I realized that he did not have the same vision as I did, and I would need to go with a different contractor. In addition, a concern I had was that I was being tasked to pick out material and buying supplies on my own which is not what I was looking for as I was hoping to work with a general contractor who would provide the service as a whole including buying the supplies.
After deciding to go in another direction I was introduced to Brian who immediately understood my vision and what I was going for and even gave me new ideas. He was able to show examples and send pictures from online to help me envision what I would have as an end result. A week after meeting with Brian we signed contracts. Considering the size of the job. My advice to anyone doing a job either big or small is to review contracts before you sign it making sure you are getting what you want, it will save you time, money and most importantly an understanding between both parties.
Elite Restoration has two partners – Brian Abraham and Aaron Sautman. Brian was my point of contact for most of this renovation project and I did not meet Aaron until the job was already well in progress. I wish I would have met them both together as they both bring something different to the table. While Brian will understand your vision, Aaron is the one that will bring it to life. Aaron is a straight shooter and while you may not like what he has to say, you must trust and believe him. Both Brian and Aaron are very responsible and trustworthy and will always show up to work.
As the job progressed, I had different ideas and wanted to make changes, not knowing that every change would not only prolong the job, but it would also mean a change order would need to be signed that will incur additional costs, an architect will need to draw up those plans, the city will need to approve these changes, etc. Changes are a time consuming and costly process and I wish I had this understanding in the beginning as to not create delays or cost overruns. Unfortunately, because of unforeseen issues with the original work that was done with a previous contractor, Elite Restoration also had to redo some of the work that was done. All in all, there were unforeseen circumstances that caused cost overruns and delays but with a large project like this, that can happen so my advice is to be patient.
With all of that said, I am a very happy customer and if I had to do it again, I would not hesitate to choose Aaron and Brian of Elite Restoration again. After seeing the finished project, I cried – it was that beautiful. They truly are masters at their craft.
I have needed Aaron several times after the job has been completed for several things in the house unrelated to the job they completed, and he has never once hesitated to come by and help out. The level of service they’ve provided has been amazing. I am forever grateful.
