Elite Steam Inc - Oviedo FL

My apartment complex has been using this company for three years now. A yearly carpet cleaning is included in the cost of our rent. Elite Steam has been late every single year, and my roommates and I are always left sitting in our apartment for hours on end with our furniture displaced trying to accommodate their schedule.
The first year they were an hour and a half late. No big deal. Service was thorough and the technician was kind and apologetic.
The second year we signed up for a morning spot (9am-12pm) and after multiple calls back and forth they said they wouldn't make it out until close to 5pm. We decided to reschedule, but they only had weekday options available for our apartment complex. After dealing with multiple unprofessional customer service reps we decided to cancel entirely.
This year we signed up for the same 9am-12pm slot. It's currently 2: 30pm and I haven't heard a word from their team since we last spoke at noon. Terrible customer service.
Next year, we'll pay someone else and save ourselves the burden of dealing with this company.

I scheduled for Monday, June 19,2023, and was charged $90. The cleaning I had previously for the same exact service was $65. I am not understanding how the same service jumped from $65 to $90. I explained on the call the issue of the discrepancy and felt disregarded. I would not have scheduled if this was going to be the case. When I had scheduled the cost was not explained to me via email of this cost change as well. This is a bad customer service experience.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Tony. He was very respectful and friendly. Has Great communication skills. My couch looks Great. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

The caper repair was not a carpet repair and now there is a white line on the carpet
