If I could get a negative star I would! We tired to book them to cater our wedding only we did not need any event planning for our special day as we did that our self. So we discussed over the phone what I was looking for on our wedding day and expectations we had for them. At first Roxann said yes I can do that and we discussed the price point I was looking to be at wanted to be super frugal and she said she could make that happen. So I was supper excited and naïvely went ahead and paid the deposit before seeing her quote for the catering. Which she quoted me 150 for the deposit over the phone when she sent me the email was 250 I went ahead and paid it because She originally made me feel comfortable. Well that was complete opposite once the quote started coming in so the quote was way higher than we initially talked about she had on there several things I did not want called her three times to get the quote with just the help and stuff we wanted. Then we went with the cheapest thing she possibly said she could make and the price is still way higher from than what we originally discussed so I tried to cancel 2 1/2 weeks in advance and asked for my deposit back because she did not keep to her word of what she said she was going to do for us! She refused to give me back my deposit even though she had done nothing but work up a paper quote. Please be very careful and don’t take her for her word make sure to get everything in writing before you pay the deposit I wish you better luck than I had and if it was up to me I would hope she never gets any more business because she does not do what she said she’s going to do specially when it comes to someone’s very special day when they want everything to be perfect she’ll try to take a vantage of you!
