I think the doctors and nurses here are great.however, the call center and administrators leave a lot to be desired.they want you to text them which inevitably turns into terrible fiascoes, misunderstandings.the call center and office staff border on being incompetent and the whole thing needs an operational overhaul.

Doctors are ok used to be a great. Now they have a call center whenever you need to speak with someone.this call center literally sent me the wrong exams and paid to do the wrong exam. Not only that when i went for my follow up in the labs i had to pay again for the follow up and they dont even know they sent me the wrong labs. Horrible look else where

Dr. Schnur has been my cardiologist for many years. The staff is great especially Lulu! They are very professional but need not to forget to call the pharmacy.for meds. Thank you!

Melinda is the BEST! I have very small veins+sometimes they are hard to get.

Dr Levy was absolutely amazing! I’m very happy I met him and he is my primary care physician. Great personality and knowledge. Lulu was very helpful too and got me through the process of further medical appointments quickly. The wait time upon checking in was a bit longer than expected but totally worth it once I got to see Dr Levy.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff, including Dr. Schaeffer, Ken in the lab and Erik Bustillo their dietitian.

Dr. Sadiya Farooqui was thorough and addressed all issues intelligently. Front desk person was very efficient. Tried calling to enroll in the nutrition talk being held this week and left 2 messages with no return call. Also there is no option to select the new Venice office, which is the one I am rating. Also nothing on the web site for new patients to fill out before getting to the office.

Went to go see Dr Levy and the process was so smooth. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. Dr Levy is the best of course, but the people who did my X-Ray and Bloodwork were amazing. I have very difficult veins, but Ken is a master at drawing blood. He's a magician and first class at what he does. Oscar did my X-Ray and later when I spilled my bottled water, he stepped in and would let me lift a finger to clean it up. Top notch experience yesterday, keep up the great work EliteHealth!

Dr Schnur and his medical staff are competanh, diligent in their performance of high medical services, and most importantly they are compassionate and readily put you at in i a stressful situation.

Dr. Schnur and the entire Elitehealth staff are amazing! Basically everything can be done in-house by very professional doctors. They are willing and able to accomodate emergencies and really care about their patients. The staff at Elitehealth goes above and beyond for every patient. Their preventive medice is great and everyone should look into it. Hands down the best doctors

Todays exam at Elite Health was an informative and amazing experience from check in to check out! My wait time was minimal and with each phase, the staff was very attentive, detail oriented, and patiently answered every question i asked.
