I recently visited ELIXR and from the moment I stepped into the lounge, the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. The nurse explained the process, answered my questions, and customized my IV bag. I received the Ultimate with biotin add on and it was an absolute game-changer for my overall well-being. My experience with their IV exceeded all expectations.

I called on a Saturday around 2: 45, website says they close at 6: 30. I was looking for a appt around 4: 30 but Was so grateful when they said they could squeeze me in at 5: 30. So I rearrange the plans I had to do 5: 30. I go to the place and there's no parking, very hard to find. When I finally get there it's inside a nail salon and the nurse is not there yet I was told he would be there in 5 min. 5 min goes by and turns into 10min. The nurse calls me and tells me someone hit his car and if I could just wait another hour. Really? Like I'm gonna sit here for an hour in some random nail salon, starving for another hour. I was really looking forward to this IV bc I believe I'm coming down with something and by tomorrow it could be full blown so this would be the time to get the IV. Extremely disappointed. If you really need an IV, don't book here. Even if the cancellation did not happen there's just so many other places that deserve your money rather than this place. I would've rather been told they could not make an appt with me than this. Thank you for absolutely nothing.

Simply the best! My immune system is very weak and my doctor recommends a higher dose of vitamin C. Elixr has been the only persistent and reliable company that i can count on. Wether at home or in-lounge, they are my life savers!
