Ellen's Hallmark Shop, Wesley Chapel FL

Very helpful, courteous employees. As you'd expect, huge assortment. Ellen's has merged with a large national firm, The Paper Place, think it's called.

It's filled with cards and presents for everyone. Workers are super nice. Store is clean and very organized.

We were in this store to support it and the lady who was working was rude as could be. It was Fran and she should be removed and put someone in there who wants to work. It was near closing, we did not realize this nor did anyone else and she was just mean. Shame on Hallmark. You want us to support you and get treated this way.no.

Selection is nice but the customer service needs work. The ladies working there are always very rude. I have been several times and after today thought I would post this review. Quite frankly not sure if I'll be back as I'm tired of spending money and then being treated poorly.

We went inside looking for an engagement gift. We struggled for a lil while but June helped us incredibly.

This place has lots of cool little seasonal and decorative items. Of course at Christmas they have the best ornaments and there's always a good crowd in there of people shopping for the holidays. Ladies who work in there are friendly and helpful, and get you in and out quickly if needed

They have lots of good Hallmark cards and gift wrap and also have a few nice gifts. They ladies who do the cash register always seem slow to get to register and check you out, so this is not a great choice if you are in a hurry sometimes

Ellen's has a great selection of Hallmark Cards and Gifts. If your looking for a special gift for someone stop by Ellen's. The clerks are always there to help and are always super friendly.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. We spent over an hour in this place looking at charms. When we waited in line at the cashier and asked her to open the case so we could get 3 charms she told us she couldn't do it because there was a line behind us (2 people) so we ended up waiting another 15 minutes before she would open the case. Very poor customer service.

Disappointing that the clerk who processed my purchase was quite mechanical. Not personable. No smiles. The other clerk was quite friendly and interactive while I was browsing.
