This is regarding our home insurance. When our previous State
Farm agent retired, our policy was transfer to Ellie Mills State Farm.
When I called to the office inquiring the increased premium. Iole Hernandez was very patient to explain and made recommendations.
It’s obviously she care about her clients and handle her business with real professionalism and giving excellent advice. With her guidance within few days after mitigation inspection we got over thousand dollars refund.
I’m so impressed and greatly appreciate for her help.

I never thought I'd be writing a review of an insurance agency, but I received such great service that it was warranted! As a south Florida resident, it's challenging to get excellent homeowner's insurance at a reasonable price. When my old insurer pulled out of Florida, I priced several companies. Not only did (Ellie Mills) State Farm Insurance give me the most competitive price, it had the lowest deductible! And once I moved my car insurance over, it dropped it even further. What prompted the praise, however, is the excellent customer service I received from Gladys Rodriguez. There was a big snafu involving my bank/escrow account (my bank's fault), and Gladys went above-and-beyond making sure that it was dealt with efficiently. She has been responsive throughout the entire sales/transition process but never pushy. I even went ahead and got an umbrella policy since we saved so much through the other policies. Hope I never have to make any claims, but very secure in knowing I've got great coverage and great personalized service.

I was recommended to Ellie Mills for golf cart insurance. Stacey was a true professional and knew exactly what I needed and was very well versed in golf carts. She also kindly gave me quotes for other types of insurance without pushing anything on me. Went in to the office was greeted by the front office staff with coffee and snacks. Stacey had all my paperwork ready for me and I was set in 20 minutes. Highly recommended, especially for golf carts!
