I AM A LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST it only gets 1 star because I couldn't give 0. I was treated like very rude when I shopped there. I was checking the threading on a wig which was snatched from me and I was told that I could see it without touching it. She also said the wig was 310 as if I couldn't afford it. Ofcourse I didn't purchase anything. The store look like a hole in the wall

They just responded saying that I trie to take the wig without “paying”. How? Y’all didn’t even allow me to inspect it fully. I intended to buy the red wig so I didn’t have to make one and the blue wig. I’m not going to invest $300 into anything I can’t checkout. Don’t call me a thief. It took y’all over 6 months to reply to my statement and you have the nerve to act like you remember who I am, when I’m not from Miami and only been to the store once. You judged me bc I didn’t have on “day clothes” but little do you know I had just returned from a cruise that day and decided to go to the store because I saw online you had what I was looking for. Don’t come for me and my pockets because had you been polite, you would have made over $600 that day for 2 human hair wigs and supplies to maintain the wigs.

Hi dear customer. We always value our customers. Our customers can try and touch the wig but you try to take the wig away without payment so the wig was taken back on that day.

I can't believe a wig could make such a spectacular change in my appearance! I'm coming out of a long unhappy marriage and divorce so this was such a fun treat for myself!

Let me just start by saying how much I LOVE this place & there incredible service whenever I want affordable CUTE hair this is where I go to.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The owner was extremely rude and impatient. She was upset with a man at the register and took it out on every customer in the store. I spent over $500 in merchandise and she was being so nasty. She told us that we were “WASTING HER TIME AND SHE HAS OTHER THINGS TO DO”. I will never come back. I drove all the way from west palm beach and I regret going through with my purchases.

This is my favorite beauty supply shop. They have a great selection of products at very affordable prices. The owner is always helpful and polite.

Seller is so kind and sweet. The extensions blend so well with my natural hair and it’s super soft and beautiful. I am so happy. Will definitely buy hair from here again.

The human lace wig is absolutely amazing I love it I installed it myself. I bleached it twice and colored it and it’s still very soft and barely any shedding. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

I had the worst experience here. The customer service was terrible. The owner was rude and rushed us when we spent hundreds of dollars. That was my first time coming to that store and I will never spend my money there again.

I bought 3 packs human hair from elsa. I dyed them and I’ve installed them and waited 3 days to shower. Now after two showers not even one has fallen! Amazing product!
