Made an appointment to look at fabric since there are no fabric stores open in town anymore. The person who helped me took out a few books after saying the prices start at $60 a yard and asked how much I wanted to spend fair enough, but then also asked if I went to Joann's to look. I said there was not a lot of selection in the store and found that the colors when looking on line were not true to the actual fabric and she said it was the same with the books. I started to feel like she didn't really want to help or have my business. She stayed in the room with me as I browsed through the books she put on the table for me. I asked about signing the books out and she said they do not do that. I took a few pictures so I could look at them next to the furniture I was recovering and she said we do not allow customers to take pictures. I mentioned it is really hard to pick something out if I couldn't take it home or take a picture. Throughout the entire time I was there I felt like she thought I was going to leave with one of those book. I would have to walk through 3 other rooms to get to the front door and the room she was working in when I arrived. I found the experience unprofessional and the person's actions to be rude.
