To Contractors (BE CAREFULL) : This building doesn't have a service dock for contractors to park or if they do, they don't share it and let you park on the street knowing that you would get a ticket
A zero star if it existed for the management of this building, no the people or the building itself.

My favorite part about this building is watching Valet RIP cars down the back road. They floor the cars on the gravel lot, then slam the gas. If you own a black Aston Martin with the license plate ending in AA and you had your car called 11/13 at 9: 30am, you might want to check the back end and. That thing was RIPPING.

Lovely building. Great staff. Amazing amenities. I was blown away by the interior design and the outdoor design. Wish I could live here some days. 6 stars!

Truly the best building that I have ever lived in! Aside from its beauty the staff is truly unmatched. Truly feels like home abs wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Feels like Park Avenue in miami. I’m amazed at what Edgewater is going to become after seeing this. Building is beautiful and staff is on point!

Best building in all of Edgewater by a landslide! I lived in the Paraiso, Biscayne Beach and The Elysse - and nothing is as impeccable as The Elysee. The entire staff is so pleasant, welcoming and catering to your every need.

Good luck with your “future-proof” investment here. This is what an hour long, February (i.e. Dry season) storm does to those Edgewater streets.
