Em-On's Thai Cafe, Naples FL

I’m Vietnamese and my wife is Thai from Bangkok. We are visiting Marco Island from Texas and happened to find this gem in Naples, while looking for a Thai restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance were all on point. Just a quick play-by-play: We started with the thai coffee and tea that were absolutely tasty. Spring rolls were very light and delicious. Papaya salad with salty crab was crisp and fresh. The papaya salad has a big spicy kick to it but the sticky rice that comes with it helps to tame the heat a bit. We then had the Thai fried rice, pad Thai, and lad na. Each dish was so flavorful and really hit the spot for us. We haven’t had authentic Thai food like this in a while so we were happy to luckily come across this restaurant in our search for thai food. Even though it’s about a 30 minute drive from the JW Marriott on Marco Island, we will definitely come back again before we leave to go back home!

Fabulous authentic Thai. After 10 seasons in Thailand, and being familiar with true Thai cuisine, my husband and I are so excited to have the "real taste of Thailand available here. They have a wonderful staff too. Sawadee Kha

Wow, great Thai food. Pad Thai was excellent. As were the curry dishes. One suggestion, don’t order the calamari. It was over cooked and when we brought that to their attention, they said that’s how it’s supposed to be. Lol. Fortunately they took it off the bill.

Maaaaan, I just had one of the best dining experiences of my life. Food and service was so so so good! Enthusiasm and proficiency meet made from scratch Thai deliciousness. Thank you all!

This restaurant deserves to be better known.
The cuisine is both authentic and absolutely delicious. It is real home cooking. The service is very punctual and he or she is always willing to explain each dish. Please go, and it will be a “ go to” frequently. Thanks to all who work hard to achieve perfection at Em-On’s Thai Cafe.

The soup was absolutely delicious. I got the tom yum and my mom got the wonton soup. Both were amazing! And the coconut dessert WAS SOOO GOOD and you can tell it was home made. Overall, i would definitely come here again

We come here at least twice a month. I am addicted to the delicious green curry with pork and my husband is addicted to the pad Thai. We just keep coming back for more.

Food was good - their sodas are canned and they charge $2.49 for them. Had I known they were so expensive, I would have stuck with water. I didn’t buy the entire 6 pack but, I guess I did.

Best and most authentic Thai food we've found in Naples. Not always easy to find Pad Woon Sen but they offer it and it was incredible!

It was a day that lunch stayed at home. I am more than pleased with this site. Starting with the tea, I felt like a princess. The restaurant was not very busy but it was busy all the time.the service was fast just what you need when you have to go back to work.the food is spicy but just my request. Reasonable price!:)

Saw some good reviews so figured we'd give take out a try.and did not disappoint. We ordered fried whole snapper and they had it perfectly fried and properly wrapped in foil with the garlic pepper sauce level 3 spice in a tub, ready to combine once ready to serve. Fried rice lunch special was a hit which came along with a spring roll and tom yum soup, which was ok. Lo mein combination was ok at level 2. Papaya salad at level 3 was awesome! The take out service was very friendly and courteous. We'll definitely go back and may try level 4 spice to get more kick.
