Embassy Suites by Hilton Boca Raton reviews
10Tough to evaluate. Difficult to come back after pandemic. Needs a complete redo. But still good to have a suite. Mattresses are uncomfortable but shower is the best. Needs a good vacuuming.
I being in hotel all over. Paris England Spain South America - your customer service is top notch. From the bartender Ramon in your awesome bar to the distinguish front desk with an awesome fashion standard - sorry I don’t remember your name. You guys are making the separation from my kids for this 2 weeks way more easy. Love it here. Thanks. Excellent JOB
When we tried to check in, they could not find our reservation. Shawna and her supervisor were very great at helping us. The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was amazing. Overall, it was a great experience.
Musty, dirty and outdated. If I wasn’t so exhausted I would’ve slept in my car. The odor is incredible. Stains on carpets. Pretty sure it’s the nastiest place I’ve stayed. Garbage, dirty towels everywhere you looked. Hilton should be embarrassed. Not even ample parking. Nothing positive to say about this place.
Friendly and courteous staff. We sure did enjoy our fruit punch cocktails every afternoon and the hot breakfast in the morning. We definitely had a lovely stay.
This is absolutely the most disgusting and unprofessional hotel I have ever attempted to stay. Fortunately, my company's travel agency was able to get me out before I had to spend the night. The young woman at the front desk was argumentative and beyond rude. Instead of attempting service recovery, she preferred to argue that my room had a river view in which it didn't. Unless, she considered the dirty water collected at the bottom of the air condition basin, a river! After guaranteeing the travel agency that I would not be charged for the room, I noticed the hotel continued to show up on my Hilton App. I contacted the hotel and unfortunately got the same young woman on the phone. The young woman again assured me that I was not being charged for the stay and that she didn't show any nights registered under my name. Welp! A minute after getting off the phone, she sent me a bill for five nights! I attempted to contact the hotel and was placed on hold for 29: 11 minutes until I was hung up on by someone at the front desk. I then attempted to call for another 30 minutes only to be disconnected each time. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not to mention, the room smelled like a chain smoker had lived there for years! Absolutely no reflection of Hilton Hotels
Soo disappointed.
We have stayed in many Embassy Suites all over USA but this one was awful!
Rundown, neglected.dangerous broken tiles in pool.hole in pool liner
Unfriendly, uncaring staff
No hairdryer in room
. Catering staff were helpful especially elderly chef and elderly barman.
Our King bed was very comfy. Room 347
Manager reception extremely frugal.younger staff unfriendly.no customer skills.
All in all ruined our 20th wedding anniversary.
We had chosen Embassy Suites due to previous excellent experience in other States.
Next time we will have to reconsider booking a Hilton hotel.
Our room smelled like someone had a party the night before, which was less surprising when we woke up at one o'clock in the morning because the room next to ours was having a party. They were yelling and doing something that sounded like wrestling. I called the front desk twice and they did seem concerned and they may have tried to do something about its, but it still continued for quite some time. The room we stayed in had stains on the couch and in general it just didn't seem very clean. The porch ad tons of cigarette butts and yeah on it. Overall not great.
Most of the staff was really great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The only real issues we had on our 2-day stay 07/18/21-07/20/21 was after 7 pm getting front desk to answer the phone was a long wait and we waited 4 hours for 2 extra blankets and 4 pillows. They brought us 1 blanket and 2 pillows after an hour but am currently still waiting for our other blanket and 2 pillows.
We stay here every time we need to have a staycation! Breakfast is wonderful rooms are good, wish the toilets were higher but we love staying here frequently. It's close to the Melting Pot
