Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows

I only have a few comments.
1. The room next door to mine stunk like weed.
2. My room was missing a shower curtain.
3. There were very loud noises coming from equipment under my room. (219)
4. The breakfast ran out of bacon around 8am (no, they weren’t going to cook more)
5. They ended breakfast at 9: 30 instead of the published 10: 00 am (while my daughter was eating)
6. They have nice pillows.
7. The pools were cloudy and the chemicals were not maintained. (I am a certified pool operator)

Shared My Birthday There With My Best Friend. Great Hospitality
The 2nd Shift Manager Made My Days and Night.
Had A Small Inconvenience, But It Was Taken Care Of Without Any Problems. The Breakfast Bar Was Excellent. The Omelet Bar Was Great, The Chef Named Anthony Was Very Polite and Helpful To Some Of The Sites That Were Going On In Jacksonville, Fla. That Weekend. Will Be Back.

The hotel staff was very kind and courteous. Most of all knowing that I was arriving in a 45' motorcoach with a sports team, the hotel staff marked the parking lot to assure that I had sufficient space to park. That is the mark of a great hotel staff!

Staffing is awesome professional beginning at the front desk all the way to the kitchen.breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean.

Excellent Hotel with clean rooms, very good made to order breakfast, and very courteous staff. However, the elevators acted very strange, the tub drained slow, the Wi-Fi was very slow, and the cable channels were also slow and wouldn't "watch" like a normal TV show.

Visually appealing hotel but acoustically noisy due to architecture. Open lobby is exposed to terraced multi-level floors. Plenty of concrete, metal, glass, & tile come together with not much dampening. Voices, electric hum from glass exposed elevators, plumbing, & chairs scuffing culminate in an all night symphony. At its peak, add music. If you’re on the sofa bed vs bedroom, good luck with your night’s sleep. Would help to establish quiet hours for night.

Overall, the stay was great.the complimentary breakfast was satisfying.the room was spacious. They need to keep the pool area clean at all times.the hot tub water was dirty and yellow when we went. The pull out bed cover was dirty and was not checked, but they gave us new linen right away when we complained about it.

I really liked the "skip the front desk" check in. Omelet breakfast process was slow and food subpar.

Great stay. All of our needs were met and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very nice. Hotel has an indoor pool with hot tub. Bar has HAPPY hr frm 5-7 pm. During that time they are FREE as long as you're a guest

The weekend we chose to for our stay was quite busy. A wedding took place. So it was very crowded and very loud.

This place Really needs an Upgrade to everything. The rooms were not clean, the furniture was dirty. The heating system did not work, so the rooms stayed cold. It was just all around disappointing since I have stayed at other Embassy Suites in the past that had everything up to code.

Overall hotel was average at best for an Embassy Suites. Our rooms window leaked heavily from the rain so the carpet was saturated with water around the window. It did not look like a new issue either as there was mildew all around the window from where it leaked in the past presumably.

Room cleanliness was subpar, carpets were dirty, couch was stained and mirrors had spots all over.

Breakfast offering was really good, better than expected.

Manager's reception and breakfast were great. Rooms lacked coffee cups. Party in meeting room below our room was very loud until it ended around 9: 20pm. Manager was receptive to our request to be moved to another room.

Excellent service and comfortable beds! We like the “happy hour” and good food. It’s so convenient not to have to leave the hotel. The breakfast is very nice and everything is clean. Don’t hesitate, stay here! Embassy Suites can’t be beat!

Excellent stay with them. Food was very good in the restaurant, a very nice happy hour. Would most definitely stay with them again.

Great accommodations! The suites are huge and the front-desk staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Excellent place to stay. The rooms are very nice, the staff is wonderful! The complimentary breakfast is a great way to start each day! Also, centrally located and convenient to most everything in Jacksonville.

The hotel was clean, staff was wonderful, and breakfast crew made a wonderful breakfast. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
