Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport

I'd like to thank a few members unfortunately I was having so much fun i can't remember everyone's names and for that I'm sorry. The 3 men that took time to take us to the restaurant and airport and car rental place from the older man to the younger men they were all polite, helpful, humble gentlemen from helping my mom in and out opening the van door for her and also helping her and us with our luggage with a smile on yall faces just made our day. To the women in reception that helped us check in they were very prompt polite and helpful aswell night or day every time we had a question yall didnt hesitate to suggest places ect.you are appreciated
to the bartender during happy hour your big smile and warm character made it so we were all comfortable and felt like u were family never stop smiling your smile is contagious. To the ladies in the breakfast area thank you for being funny and actually talking to us not just treating us like strangers but like you've known us forever. To those of you that cleaned up and left such cute rolled fun towels you made the rooms we were in look beautiful and welcoming fun and smelled great. And lets not forget the gentleman that came to fix the fan cause i accidentally pulled the string to fast and it disconnected he was fast and fixed the issue and was out the room in minutes thank you and last is Parrish L. You were super sweet and helpful you helped when i accidentally locked myself out my room with a new room card in seconds and also checked on us to see if we made it home safely you all blessed our family trip and made it so we can't wait to join you all in future family vacations.

Toilet made noise after flushing maintenance never showed up.my mattress had a hole in it and manager never called me to address it but house keeper gave me a new one. I was really surprised about the service because it is always phenomena Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was super interesting. The service n staff was excellent. But the breakfast was Absolutely beyond compare. It is wonderful! Great place to stay

THIS IS THE SLOWEST FRONT DESK IVE EVER CHECKED INTO. WE WAITED ALMOST 40 MINUTES TO BE CHECKED IN! THEY HAVE TO DO BETTER

No daily room cleaning only every 4 day? Had to call for toilet tissue, towels and clean sheets. Pillows were very old, needed to be thrown in the trash. Was not worth the money for 5 nights. I will only stay 1 night when I cruise.

The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because we travelled on a plane to get there and spent a lot of money so we had to stick it out. Usually Hilton is great, but this stay was disappointing.

My experience at the Embassy Suites Miami International Airport was incredible! The service, the amenities and the dining was great. I loved how big & spacious the rooms were and how close it is to the airport and miami attractions! The pool area is so relaxing and it feels like you’re in an Oasis with all the palm trees! Definitely recommending to friends & family! Thank you Embassy Suites for such an unforgettable getaway!

Perfect location to airport, clean rooms. Only downfall is the shuttle service! The gentleman was rude this morning when he dropped us off, he walked around the van saying stuff after he didn't even help get luggage out. After reading reviews it has happened multiple with this man.

For it to be in a prime location near the airport, they can use a huge upgrade interiorly and as many people that come through, ALL elevators should be in working order. The paint is lovely in the rooms and like the 2 room suites. The view looking at the airport was beautiful (I love night lights), but the furniture can be updated.
Better drinks can be served during happy hour and maybe fresh fruit and/or pizza along with chips and salsa. Lastly, why are we paying for parking? It should be complimentary with a purchase of the room.
The wait staff was very helpful and informational. They are approachable and do not mind "making things right. " I love the personable text messages.thank you Ashly!

The rooms were nice and so was the staff but in the morning when the shuttle for the airport showed up the driver was thee most rudest person I have ever came across so that's why I gave it a 3 first impressions mean everything.

Great place to stay. My go to place in Miami for business visits. Parking at $24 a night is a bit ridiculous, but I keep renting cars. So I just budget accordingly.

A good cleaning and dusting is much needed. The vents by the bar are horrible.

Also, there could be more shuttle vans available.

Want a Keurig coffee pot? Upgrade for $20.want coffee with it? Be prepared to make several trips to the desk until they realize you won't be satisfied with tea and decaf. Nice place, clean, great pool, but if you want coffee, wash cloths, blankets, pillows, be prepared to treat it like a scavenger hunt.

The hotel has been upgraded so it looks nice. The breakfast is a big hit, the cocktail reception needs some help. Please add some better beer and wine selections. Like Riesling and corona.

I'll start with the pros of the hotel. First, the pool area was great. The hot tub was hot and the pool was a good size. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good. The cocktail hour they have is a good deal for the drinks. They were also able to get us into a room as an early check in so that was nice.

Cons. When we got to our room we noticed that the comforter and sheet had some gross looking stains on them. Also our toilet was clogged. At 3: 30 I went down to the front desk to ask for a new blanket and sheets, more towels, and tell them about the toilet. I told them I don't even need my bed made I just want the blanket and sheet swapped out. The guy at the front desk gave me lots of grief over it and attitude. I told him I know it's probably nothing but it's grossing me out. Then I went on about how the toilet is clogged and that we needed it fixed. (This was not clogged by us either. We hadnt even used the rest room yet) he proceeded to tell me that it was normal for the toilet to seem clogged because of the rain and to not worry about it. At 7pm we still had not received our new housekeeping items. And the toilet was still clogged. I went back down and heard another woman asking about a new blanket as well. I told them I was still waiting and this guy was different than the first time and was much nicer about it. Housekeeping was up within an hour with our new stuff. My husband found a maintenance man in the hall to ask about the toilet. He came to unclog it and was flabbergasted that the desk told us that. He said "What the heck is going on down there? You shouldn't have to roam the halls to find me. They should have put a ticket in for you. " He apologized for it.

All in all the cons definitely outweighed the pros for us and we will not be back. I will say some of the staff was nice, while others were just plain ignorant.

We stayed there one night and left our car for 2 weeks while traveling to the Dominican Republic. Staying there didn't have much problems with service nor stay. Taking a shuttle to the airport was no problem either. Driver helped us with our luggage and was very polite. On a way back, that's when we run into a problem. Waited for a shuttle good 35 min. When it showed up, we waved at the driver, and he pointed his finger that he would pull in front of another shuttle from a different hotel. We had 4 bigger suitcases and 2 carry-on. He stopped before that other shuttle, making us walk between people and struggling with our luggage. When we got to the back of his shuttle, he told us that he would not take all 4 suitcases in the back because he needed a place for more suitcases. Try to find out what's the difference is if he would take ours or someone else's? All he did waved his hand and said something in his language. Very disrespectful person. He even took more people on this shuttle, and some had to stand when riding it.
This was addressed when we got to the hotel, but the way Management reacted, I seriously don't think anything was done with that driver.
One person makes a hotel with a good reputation to avoid in the future.

We cruised out of miami cruise port decided stay here. Got in early was charged extra $35. Got to room toliet did not flush called downstairs around noon. Our daughters arrived at 1: 30pm said there room was not ready come back. No one came to fix toliet till one of them got cut by trying to flush it manually. That when someone fixed it. Needed new bedding again took till late in evening to lay bedding on tv stand when filled a complaint claims they remade bed false. Check in time at 4pm everytime went down get checked in to second room kept saying was not ready. Till manager put them in another room that was dirty mold in the vents. Why it ok to charge early check in but it ok not to have room ready at check it time Would not recommend this hotel. Especially with a person with disabilities. Staff was rude and unhelpful. It also started day before when went pick rooms. If you can not pick a room that handicap accessible should not be option gave us tub ordered roll in shower which was switched with our three daughters. Switched to a king bed. Called to switch got charged more money.

Super nice hotel! Very close to the airport/port. Has a restaurant, free drinks, free breakfast, comfortable beds. Great deal on this hotel.
