Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

Hellooo! Visiting from miami beach for my friends wedding, I stayed one night in this hotel.

I found it very nice. A lot of parking. Breakfast until 10 am (1030 am sat and sun).
Large room with two tvs, sofa, desk, closet, coffee machine, mini fridge, sink in the room, and full bath.

It is hard to find a very clean hotel. No matter how many stars it has. I found hair in the bathroom, almost everywhere.
Liquid mark on the night table (-*1).

Hope housekeeping management can fix it.

Constantly broken elevators, stairwells locked, numerous broken items in the rooms, only one person working the breakfast area so wait times are huge. Management clearly doesn't care about the hotel itself or the employees. The place is tired, old, and clearly in need of serious renovation; spend the money and get this place fixed.

Hotel is very nice. Full breakfast which is awesome but only one elevator works and it’s so slow they only have one stair way and it’s on the back side of the hotel staff is nice but don’t buy anything there cuz there way overpriced

So my overall experience here was good. The location was perfect, the room was nice, bed comfy, two tv’s, breakfast was good. However, i did have a small issue with one young lady at the front desk upon arrival. I stated to her that i knew i was a little early to check in and i wondered if i could get my room keys now so I wouldn’t have to stop at the desk later. Instead of her saying “well unfortunately we can not provide you with the key at this time” in a nice manner. She told me “ i can’t give you a key to a dirty room” in a very sarcastic way! I did pause for a min and collect my thoughts first b/c i just could not believe her response. Long story short…. This young lady tried to engage in small talk with me about my birthday to sort of make up for her mistake and even offered to bring something (i guess a gift) to my room (which i never received). At that moment i was going to let it go but i wanted to write this review so that this could be worked on with your staff. She may not experience someone as understanding and relaxed as myself the next time.

Few days ago stayed here for the "Day Use" feature. And the check in process was a bit of a wait, as people were coming and going at that hour.

The only drawback was their elevators were down to only 1 functional out of 2. Can't really help when things fail. But the layout for the breakfast area (I did not partake), seemed very lavish and great selection.

Room was superb, all rooms are in a 2 room setup. Living space then a bedroom space.

The facility is very nice. The employees were very friendly and makenyou feel welcome. No issues.

Disappointed nice looking hotel with so many issues. Fire alarm buzzing in rooms and hallways broke elevator. Remodeling upgrades to the room nice. Social hour is great along with morning omelets

Great staff and rooms. Christy at the bar is great. Downside only 1 lift that was really slow. 1 lift was out of action. Stayed here 3 times in 2 weeks. Terrible buzzing from the fire alarm control box things in the rooms! Please get your lifts and fire things fixed! Your staff are your biggest asset! Thanks Johnny.

Great customer service. Rooms clean. Made to order breakfast very good. Loved the jacuzzi. Great shower pressure. Only 2 drinks per person at Happy Hour and very limited snacks. Only one elevator working and it was extremely slow and scary to ride.

Nice setup for breakfast/dinner.only 1 elevator working for over 1 month now. Elevator very slow. Rooms are nice, pool/hot tub are good. Free drink at happy hour.

The staff handled everything extremely well the evening of 10/8/2021 when so many flights were suddenly cancelled. Need to fix that broken elevator, but everything else was well up to par. This was my second time here and I will certainly stay again if a situation arises where I need a hotel near MCO. Highly recommend this property!

Only stopped in here to use the restroom, as a Hilton diamond member I feel like I can always use the restroom at a Hilton I contribute heavily to Conrad Hilton

Th e hotel seemed dated and the cook to order breakfast was not up to par but accommodations were ok.

Stayed five nights for business. Elevator still broken. Existing one is very slow especially on the 1st floor. No ice makers anywhere due to one person being worried about covid from an ice maker. Only ice maker in building is down the elevator at the bar. Dont try the stairs. The way the building was designed is so all stairs wells are emergency use only because they empty outside only. No access to the first floor. Regulars like stairs for a workout. The other option is the service elevator located where the ice machines used to be. This elevator empties into the back near the kitchen. You cant get covid from the ice maker so you get it in the kitchen. Rooms were standard which are living room interior, bedroom exterior. Breakfast was nice and the chef cooking omelettes is a nice touch.

The hotel is nice enough. It was clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. The free breakfast was pretty standard, although the omelettes made to order are a nice touch. The one downside was that that 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. Be prepared to wait a long time.

I always stay with embassy suites no matter where I travel and it's for a reason, by far the best staff and stay you can have in this price range. The gentleman that picked us up from the airport was very nice and the desk staff were friendly as well. Overall a nice place.

Didn't get a chance to use many facilities while working.

Would have received 5 stars had one of the elevators been working. The one that was working was very slow and usually packed.

Great layout, comfortable, plenty of seating, open bar reception hour, and decent conference room.

Hotel rooms generally decent, some loose hardware, some maintenance needed, and house keeping is hit or miss. Do we have to specifically request it now? I think that's the trend.

Rooms are big enough, accessible room was decent though not to scale with the newer hotels. Embassy rooms are convenient with the additional room, pullout couch, and TV in there, so if one guest wants to stay up late and watch TV the other guest can be in the other room.

Made to order breakfast is something that no other hotels offer at this price range. Open bar reception hour is awesome for groups.

Prices are going up everywhere and hotels are dealing with staffing shortages. I travel a lot pre and post COVID. Embassy Suites are consistent and have good prices, and we stay at them across the country. Always a safe bet with Embassy,

The hotel and room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious. The included breakfast and shuttle service to the airport made this a convenient place to stay.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevator problem is on going and needs to be fixed. The dinner service wait staff need additional training.
The hotel is clean and comfortable and handy to the Orlando airport. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful. Our convention was provided with lunch meals. All were very good with a wonderful selection.

We will return next year, hopefully to all the elevators being in service.

The complimentary airport van is a very appreciated service.
