5Good hotel and good service. Although there was no shuttle to the parks and parking was $18 per night, we still had a good time and enjoyed our stay.
Only stayed the night, but would highly recommend this hotel. Suite was everything you could ask for and the hotel is beautiful. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.
The complimentary breakfast didn't offer a full service of the made-to-order omelettes EVERY DAY. They only offered the full experience Monday through Friday. The hotel was clean, but housekeeping didn't come to collect trash or replace towels, etc. The complimentary hospitality hour didn't offer hors d'oeuvres and had a very limited selection of drinks. Just wasn't completely impressed with the service or the experience.
Four elevators. 1 dedicated to staff, and another broken leaves this property with 2 crowded elevators and lines.
Breakfast is offered here but no one likes cold, mostly reconstituted egg powder and cold pancakes so the long lines for breakfast end in disappointment on the weekends as the eggs to order option is apparently only on weekdays.
The real redeeming quality of this location is the staff who are always pleasant and strive to help in any way they can.
Worst experience that I have had with you Hotel chain. I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Orlando International Drive from 6/5-6/11. As we all know we are still in Pandemic mode and certain protocols are in place within the hotels to accommodate guests during this time. I checked into the hotel and specifically requested that NO ONE enters my room and that I would clean my room and put the trash out by the door. I proceeded to Lysol down everything in the room so that I could feel comfortable that it was clean for me and my 14 year old granddaughter. Needless to say, after requesting and being reassured at the front desk, someone entered my room and proceeded to clean. I went to the front desk and inquired as to why my request was ignored, The director of housekeeping stated it was an honest mistake, apologized and assured me that it would not happen again. She left a can of Lysol and Wipes at my door and stated that if there was anything else I needed to let her know. I agreed and proceeded with my stay. The next day, a "Male" came in the room on my 14 year old granddaughter was there "ALONE" and said oh excuse me. Now I have a MAJOR problem with this. I spoke to the front desk and they told me that it was miscommunication on their behalf and that they did not inform the team that my reservation was from 6/5-6/11. Two instances of "miscommunication" in one stay. Unacceptable! The fact that a "Male" came in the room with my 14 year old granddaughter is a problem because she is a "MINOR"! I feel that my privacy was violated this entire trip!
