Excellent, professional and friendly service. Remodeled suites with very good style. All staff, including maintenance, were very friendly and efficient. Very good breakfast and excellent lobby areas for working or meeting, super clean.
Truly the best hotel in the area. Recommended

I stayed at this hotel in July to celebrate a religious holiday. I do apologize for the delayed review, staying here ended up being the highlight of my summer of '23.
For starters, Nate and Pablo were very nice and welcoming. I was so moved by their text messages before I came that I ended up getting them a box of chocolate.
Secondly, the rooms were nice and spacious, my little brother and I really enjoyed staying in the room and also relaxing in the pool.
Finally, I absolutely enjoyed the breakfast. Especially the made to order omelets. The breakfast manager, I believe his name was John was a really nice guy and was telling me about how he took a trip to Amsterdam during his birthday, I really enjoyed talking to him.
I will also mention that the hotel was under renovation while I was staying here. They gave me a newly renovated room and I definitely have an interest in coming back to the hotel to see how it looks post renovation. I would definitely recommend this hotel, I also love how it is a walking distance from one of my favorite restaurants, Dave's Hot Chicken.
Thank you to Nate, Pablo, and John for making the Embassy Suites my favorite Hilton hotel besides Hampton Inn!

We usually stay at the Hampton Inn across I4.but the price here was $40/night less. Apparently undergoing construction in the Atrium area. No construction, or at least it was finished. Beautiful property, nice area to walk and shop.room terrific, did not have an opportunity to use any of the amenities on the property. All the staff I encountered for various reasons were helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again, but it was more room than our needs required. But price was the deciding factor

Do not stay here, they racially discriminate against there guests. My friend an I paid $155 for a room came to check in an gave there staff member Paula the reference number an she refused to give us our room stated there are no rooms here available an then instructed us to leave. 10 min later a Caucasian family comes in after us, does not have a room pre booked an Paula gave them a room an no problem but when I asked why cant we get our room she told my Hispanic friend an I to leave an go somewhere els. This behavior is unacceptable an I do not advise ANYONE to spend there money here. Im still very upset at how she treated my friend.

This Embassy Suites was a nice place to stay. Great location! Beautiful park right beside it. Only complaints is they have atrium area roped off so you can only enter/exit at one area. Have to walk all the way around to access coffee and it seemed pointless. Also the coffee cups were tiny styrofoam. About half the size of hiltons standard paper cup. They also didnt have splenda or french vanilla.

I'm one of those people who will put up with everything and NEVER complain. I worked in hospitality for many years and understand things happen, but this place went too far. THIS WAS LIKE A PRANK OR SOCIAL EXPERIMENT OF HOW MUCH SOMEONE COULD TAKE.

I'll name a handful of the complaints so I'm not typing forever. It looked like a war zone. Hazards and DIRT everywhere. We asked to leave during check-in and they REFUSED TO REFUND the money, so we were forced to stay there against our will. Our room SMELLED MOLDY and we asked to move and were told no. After hours of pleading they ended up sending us to a different room and the whole room was filthy and none of the beds were made. We called for housekeeping to no avail so we cleaned our own room. Didn't make a difference because I had inhaled so much mold by then that I woke up sick as a dog the next day. So I had to stay in the room because I was so sick and then I watched a man from the peephole pretending to talk on a walkie that wasn't even turned on, try to BREAK INTO MY ROOM. Two people in my group got FOOD POISONING from the restaurant. We reached out to Hilton Rewards hoping they would do something to make us feel better and they offered us $20.yep. Our stay cost about $900 bucks btw.

This has been the most horrible experience I've ever had at a Hilton hotel. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE

I am a nurse supervisor for a large company. Our company has offices all over the US with our corporate headquarters being in Beverly Hills. Our team members travel to help out in our different offices as needed. My coworker called me at approx 11: 30 pm 9/25/23 to say that "I'm at the front desk and they are telling me my room is not paid! They said I need to use my credit or debit card. " I told her to tell them to use the card on file. Our company sends our itinerary over well in advance, staying for 4 days 3 nights, booked with card on file. She put me on speaker phone. The front desk clerk, Paula, stated "we cannot use someone else's credit card to pay for someone else's room". I explained that it is a company card, a business and we just had an employee that stayed there last week for 3 days using the same card and she checked in with no difficulties. Paula said "a new employee must have checked that coworker in. " Paula then stated "it is policy.the card on file (which is our company's American Express) only guarantees to hold the room not pay for it". She said our company has to send a authorization form or something like that. I said so you mean to tell me every time a company books a room on a business credit card for an employee they have to send a form over. I said it is done and paid for o. I asked her to show my coworker the policy where you can't book a room for another person or send it to my email. She said "she doesn't have it, it is our policy here at this hotel, and I am telling you! " Now what if my coworker didn't have $600 on her card.what would she have done that night, where would she have went? ! That doesn't make any sense what Paula said. I also looked on the website at the policies and did not see anything or any policy stating this! She said I can talk to a manager in the morning about it. I am staying at TRU hilton in Troy, MI (traveling to help our office here as well) checked in and guess what the same American express was used with no problem.
After my coworker uses her personal credit card she went up to her room and neither key card worked.so she then had to go back downstairs to Paula and get another card. Unacceptable. My coworker flew in from Atlanta and was tired.has to be to work at 8 am in Orlando and had to deal with this. Check in should be a smooth process. Oh and another thing, in the bedroom only 2 lamps work.

This is the second time I've stayed here in the last 3 years while in Orlando for work. It is a great hotel. It's clean, there is plenty of parking and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The only reason it doesn't get all 5 stars is the TV situation. I'm not sure what the problem is but both TVs in the living room area and the bedroom don't work well with the remotes. The guide doesn't work. Press the volume and the channel changes etc. Not a big deal but if you can't fix it yourself at 10pm it's a little frustrating.

We paid what I would say discount rate for location and amenities. We did NOT get discounted room or service. The two room suite was spacious and clean. The sleeping area could be closed off from the entry room making the unit quiet for sleeping. I would book this room again if I was to overnight in Altamonte Springs.

Normally, we are loyal to the Hampton brand of Hilton. We were traveling back from visiting our family in south Florida and wanted to stop in Orlando for the night. Since we had our teenage daughter with us and I am in a wheelchair, we decided to stay at this Embassy Suites to give us a little extra room. Unfortunately, nowhere on the Hilton app did it indicate that there were renovations/repairs occurring in the hotel atrium. It would be nice to know this information so guests could make an informed decision to stay or not.

We checked in on the Hilton app and selected the most accessible room available.near the entrance and on the first floor. We even paid an additional fee to stay in the larger corner rooms. Upon arriving at the hotel, we learned that we were moved to the third floor. My husband returned to the car and I told him that wasn't the room we requested. He went back into the lobby and explained that we chose a suite on the first floor because his wife is in a wheelchair. (It is more convenient to be on the first floor or one of the highest floors, when in a wheelchair. If you are on a lower floor, there are usually people in the elevators by the time they get down to lower floors and this make getting in and out more challenging.) The staff member then moved us back to the room we originally chose on the first floor.

The room was large and had plenty of space for me to maneuver. While unpacking, we found one little "guest" (a lizard) in one of the drawers but he was easily relocated outside. The sheets were clean and the room was in order. The bathroom was not. The counter and the bathtub appeared to be unclean. There was a ring and old stubble in the sink and hair left in the shower. Luckily, we had cleaning supplies with us and took the short time to fix the problem. It was easier than gathering all of our belongings and moving to another room but something we definitely should not have had to do.

Our breakfast was good and the attendants were all very polite. They made sure dishes were picked up and tables were cleaned immediately. It would have been a great experience if we didn't have to hear and see workers all around. The work to the atrium area could have been paused until guests were done with breakfast. Where is the commitment to your guests?

When checking out, we were asked if everything was okay with our stay. We told them no and we were told to have a good day! Don't ask if you don't care! Embassy Suite was a disappointment and next time, we'll stay in a little smaller room at Hampton.

I had a wonderful time. Staff was awesome super nice. I will be coming back next year for sure. My only complaint is that you have to make sure that your countertops in your room stay super clean, ant are easily attracted.even when I was on the 7th floor. But other then that I have a 5 star experience. Huge Tanks to lisa who served drinks at evening reception, and brought food/drinks to our room. Wonderful service and was super nice, we will be back next year

We really enjoyed our stay. They were very accommodating, the hot breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and the updated rooms were really nice! Even with the current construction, it was still a great stay! It already looked beautiful. I highly recommend:)

I've been staying at Embassy Suites for years. When I checked in yesterday was very surprised at the beautiful renovations going on gorgeous floors Atrium looked amazing if there is any way to make a 5 star hotel better Hilton did it with this property. The Omaha Steakhouse food was incredible my morning breakfast buffet was awesome the rooms looked amazing. The management staff were very professional and very pleasant when I arrived. I couldn't ask for a better location or better place to stay.

I would have like to give 5 stars because we loved the location and the layout of room and want to come back and visit again
but housekeeping was less than desirable. We reserved our room 3 weeks ahead of time and picked which room that we wanted with 2 double beds. When checking in the desk clerk gave us a room 1 floor below what we reserved so when we entered the room, we noticed the toilet was not level and shaking and if housekeeping had done their job of cleaning they should have caught it. We went back down to clerk and told him that the toilet was loose and he called for maintenance. When maintenance arrived he said we would have to move to another room because the toilet had to be removed so we go back downstairs to get another room key and asked about the room we reserved 3 weeks ahead of time and he said it was not available even though it was when we reserved online 7/25/2023. Another minor inconvenience that you shouldn't have to endure after driving 13 hours. When we got on the elevator one of the construction crew stumbled into the elevator completely intoxicated, I believe construction was 9: 30 to 4: 30 or 5 and this was right before 5 pm.
There was no bath rug in the room so we had to use 1 of 3 towels for a bath rug when there was 3 of us staying in the room so my husband requested more towels and 1 hour later housekeeping still.had not brought towels so I called and in about 20 minutes some were brought to our room. Most hotels keep extra supplies at check in making it easy for guest to request. Also, the shower gel in the tub, housekeeping left about 1 inch in the bottle instead of replacing the bottle or filling since we were there for 5 days. Also, the previous guest bath supplies were left in the shower proving the shower had not been cleaned in between guests! Also only had half a roll of toilet tissue with no extra left in the room so we had to request extra tissue. There was also ants in the bedroom near the window and they got in the bed and we had to go purchase ant spray to get rid of them, totally unacceptable. The carpet was dirty and did not look like it had been vacuumed.
We enjoyed the breakfast but the fruit had little black bugs swarming it and the evening snacks were stale.
And if housekeeping only services the room every 5th day, please use larger trash cans and leave more towels and toilet tissue and maybe a housekeeping manager should check rooms after maids clean them. Other than housekeeping we enjoyed the hotel location and the room.
