I purchased two windows from the Doral office but one leaks from the part that moves
No one would repair the bottom seal

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TRUST ME! Windows are a big investment, there are plenty of other great companies to choose from in South Florida.

They were quick, installed quick, and then the problems started. Nearly every piece of glass in the home is distorted (10of19panes). I have done lots of research on this and had several contractors and window companies come out and look at the glass. They have all said this is "visibly incorrect and that company must come fix these windows! " Not according to the lovely folks at EMC. According to them a small distortion is normal. If this is normal, this alone is reason to never buy something from EMC.

If they truly stood behind there product they would replace the windows. Instead you get the below.

First they sent someone out to look who said "these are all messed up man, these guys did a great job installing but something is off with the glass. I've never seen something like this" He assured me he would talk to the boss and they would replace them all to make this right.that was clearly a case of good cop bad cop. When I got on the phone with the owner he said via Ariana "im not replacing them all.point blank not gonna happen"

I purchased these windows in March/April timeframe and waited many months to try to resolve this before a review.

I urge you. PLEASE learn from my mistake. Stay the hell away from EMC Windows. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! PLEASE!

Stay away! Still waiting for my window to be repair. The repair department has not contact me. Purchased February 2021. Received damage window from warehouse. Not my fault. Still no response.

I called the company and gave them the measurements for 1window. I brought it home
and the window went through the hole.
The window they gave me was smaller then the hole! I called them and told them I wanted my money back because the window had the wrong measurements.
The worst customer service ever!

Very bad experience, after I bought all the doors and windows in my house, one door was damaged and I had to wait 3 hours for nothing, they never repaired it, of course they already had the money,

This is the worst manufacturer of Impact glass doors and windows in the entire state of Florida. We used to use them at our company, but it was NOTHING but warranty claims. They forget to make the screens on nearly every window. Don't be fooled by their low prices - There is a reason they are so cheap. The glass is imported from South America, and they are assembled terribly in a factory in Hialeah. The seals break in a matter of months, and algae grows in between the panes of glass. They don't honor their warranties, and don't stand behind their work. Stay away. Far far away.

Very pleased with the reasonable prices, excellent quality of the materials, professional installation and overall turnaround time. Great experience overall. Will highly recommend them.

Unresponsive- I got different prices through Facebook messenger vs text message. I was promised a formal quote by email and did not receive anything. If they can not follow trough with a quote imagine if you hire them.

Stay away- highly unreliable!

Since they claimed they were not the same company I decided to give them a try and what a mistake! Completely unreliable, no communication, every time you talk to someone there is a different story. Do not waste your time! They will give you the cheapest price possible and never deliver. They should not be allowed to be a business! Will def.follow up with BBB!

Affordable impact windows with good quality. I installed it my house 2 years ago. And have purchased for my clients.

Great Customer service, I had a Sales Rep assist me at Emc Windows And doors Name Daniel he helped me place my order Track my order and also was present at The installation Day at my house. He was very nice and kind, everything at the end came out beautiful he made Sure The product came out Perfect, this is a family company and I honestly Suggest These People. Emc Windows And doors

Amazing staff, they are all family. It’s a great family business they give you full attention, they really try to help you as much as they can. They have great prices! They’re products are great! Very good pressures their windows and doors have. They are their own manufacturer, I really liked that in particular about this place. Their installers are good ask for rafael and Daniel when you get installations directly with Emc, they take their time and is very careful with everything they do, also very quiet guys I like that especially.i can’t stand loud disrespectful people. They did a great job at my house. I’ve bought a lot and never had complaints about Emc, sometimes products come out defective but very little and is always taken care of, like every impact windows and door company, they will always have that one time something comes out defective, nothing/no one or company is perfect but Emc always fixes it or replaces it. You’re product is only as good as the installer! Carlos Emanuel and Cindy are very helpful and great when I ordered my stuff. Thank you guys

Amazing experience with this company, I bought directly from the owner carlos perez, and everything came out as he promised. The windows and doors are amazing quality, i has them installed directly with the company, they gave me warrantee for life. I’ve read about people being unhappy but I’m sure they purchased from a dealer because the only owner of this company is carlos perez, the owner of cemc investment group that if you guys do your research you will see that he is the only owner, I’m not understanding why in all these other reviews they’re saying a johnny or cristhian or Juan? Well the owner carlos took care of me wonderfully and treated me like I was at home, amazing customer service, his children are the ones in the office, Emanuel was very helpful in getting me what I needed and the approvals. If you guys buy from this company make sure you buy from the actual owner CARLOS PEREZ or his children and wife! I’m sure the others are frauds and from what I read will screw you over.

Please do not do business with this company are the most bad and poor quality, never give you the full windows, are poor quality takes months to deliver the incomplete order so they have cheap prices but are not well orders are the worst.

I originally ordered 7 hurricane impact windws in September of 2018. I was told by Cristhian (co-owner) that the windows would be in by the ending of October or beginning of November 2018. After the 7 to 10 weeks I contacted him. He gave me excuses and stated my order was not ready. He never kept me updated about my order, I always had to reach out to him. Finally my windows were delivered with Chris and 2 others workers present. The order was wrong. I ordered white and they brought me bronze. The windows were rushed installed. The chaukling was poorly done. After cancelling the check Chris finally contacted me and stated they were coming the next day to fix the job. I didn't notice until after the fact that some of the windows have screws from the inside not properly screwed in. Also I was told I would be getting my screens to the windows in a couple of days and still nothing. I have tried contacting him to no avail. This company is very unprofessional and not recommended. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau today.
