I was quoted "solutions" to my issue up to $40K+ and the guys at Emerald Air fixed my issue for a FOURTH of that! Thank you! This company is top notch, fair, professional, efficient, reasonably priced, and I could just go on and on about their service on a late, extremely HOT Friday afternoon, when my outside unit all of a sudden stopped working. Andrew showed up promptly and did a fantastic job! Within the hour of my first contact with Emerald Air, THEY showed up when no one else did or even returned my calls, probably because it was Friday at closing time. Andrew is knowledgeable and understanding, he knew immediately what the issue was and handled it right away and the outside unit began running within 10-15 mins of his arrival. If I could give this company 10 stars, I definitely would. I truly appreciate their dedication to the customer! Don’t hesitate to give them a call! I will definitely use them again.

Woke up to my condo being 84° and blowing warm air out of my vents, called Emerald Air at 8: 30am and an hour later my air conditioner was back up and running. Outstanding! Called at midnight, spoke w a human, instead of answering service recording. Tech, Isaiah, called back in 5 min. Was here in 30 minutes, had me up and running in less than an hour. Replaced the capacitor. He was thorough, professional and personable and even did great w my pups. Price was fair. I have now found a new AC company. Thanks EA!

We had a Daikin FIT system installed last year, which has already saved us monies over our old system. Much quieter since all rooms now have a return air register vs one large return register where the fan would be. Staff is very professional and front office always friendly and helpful.
