Jean is very disrespectful and non responsive to our questions and uses a book format let me ask someone else? It seems they do not value our business?

ECAM does a great job of managing our HOA in a professional and courteous manner. Besides handling the financials, meetings, etc, they serve as a go between and make sure owners know what is and isn't allowed according to our association documents, which helps keep the peace between owners/residents. "Don't shoot the messenger! " ECAM does their job!

Could not possibly be less customer focused. It is difficult to understand why our board continues to use their services. It is much what a previous board member stated in a post, they felt like they worked for this agency. They simply do not care about the customer.

Our association was just "fired" I guess you could say by ECAM. Thank goodness! Not only do they NOT follow up on the citations they send out correctly, they really don't check up on the complaints they get and just automatically send our citations saying they looked at your property on this day. Well I have PROOF they flat out lie about that. They said they came and inspected my property in August and our backyard looked like this picture, when my backyard had not looked like that for MONTHS! Also, I received a second citation for the same issue 3 months later saying there were going to find me. Guess what ECAM, backyard still didn't look like that. Your initial pictures never even had dates on them, so how do you know when they were taken? I have pictures with dates to prove what my property looked like.

Also, they never sent out formal letters or emails to the neighborhood indicating they were no longer going to be our management company and had no communication with us on who would be taking over and how the change over would work. If your association is thinking of using them, word of advice, just save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
