5Great gym to drop in to. Was able to purchase a shirt and drop in for a class for $25. Atmosphere and music was great, I forgot to ask for the playlist! Workout was the hardest I’ve done in a couple weeks. Highly recommend stopping in!
Great place to drop-in. Coaches and members were very welcoming. Was only able to get in a couple of times but enjoyed each workout. If visiting the area I suggest stopping in.
I have been avid crossfiter since 2013. In my experience I would consider this my '4th' long term gym plus countless other drop-ins when I travel. Mike, Eric and Justine all provide great coaching and tips. Everyone here is super welcoming and supportive (it's also pet friendly:). I highly recommend any one who's looking to drop in or finding a long term gym.
Stupendous! Both Mike and Eric can talk the talk and walk the walk. It is a small but amazing little box. I am in town on vacation and it has been a real treat so far. They are friendly and also very knowledgeable. Joe Bird
I recently dropped into this box. It was as most of the reviews say…. Super friendly and easy to drop in. It’s a great box hands down. I will be back when we are in town and may even drop in on some comps they may have throughout the year. Drop in fee is super affordable. If you are in town it is definitely a must try! I purchased some Skyhill grips while here and they are a game changer! If you live in humid climates like at this box or where I live, these are awesome!
