Phenomenal service! We were unfortunately behind schedule (thank you PCB traffic) and the Pearle Vision team was so kind and understanding. They worked with us and we were able to keep our scheduled appt and get my son his first pair of glasses! We had such a great experience he can’t wait to go back for another pair. I was disappointed with the office. While waiting for my appointment I observed HIPPA breaches all over the office. Staff was setting appointments for patients while calling out there personal info for everyone to hear. They booked too many patients during the morning (at least that was the excuse I got.) I got there 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork, still got called back AFTER my appointment time and still didn't see the doctor. Almost an hour AFTER my scheduled time. When I decided to leave and walk out the door, that's when the doctor decideds to make time to finish chit chatting. I will be seeking another provider. I should have left the moment I observed the staff sharing patient info publicly instead of privately.

Scheduling was easy and the staff were all friendly. Only downside is having a southern facing building where your clients come out to direct sunlight after having your eyes dilated.
