WORST property management company ever. They never respond to maintenance issues (slum lords). Horrible customer service, rude staff, and good luck waiting on responses to complaints. Property looks run down, neighbors are out smoking weed, loud, trash everywhere and management does nothing about noncompliance in reference to the rules outlined in the lease. You come home everyday to an uncomfortable environment. They allow residents to do drugs and smoke in the dwellings, so imagine what your place smells like daily. They have been fined several times for code violations so BEWARE! I recommend that you do business elsewhere.
