Emerald Grove, Orlando FL

I went for a tour and I met Sofia leasing consultant she was amazing, friendly, so helpful I definitely will be applying Here the entire office staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The place is very nice, clean, The apartments are remodeled and very pretty.

From the moment I walked into the leasing office I knew Emerald Grove was going to be my next move. Isaac was very helpful answering all of our questions and getting us prepared to apply. A huge thank you goes to the. Assistant Property Manager Vincent. He was very helpful getting me approved for the apartment. When we originally applied we got denied due to a former eviction my roommate had that was not her fault. Vincent worked with us and was able to get us approved and even kept the original apartment we applied for off the market because it was the last 3rd floor unit available.

Very good service, Miss Sofía is very good at turning people around, we recommend her service

Parking is terrible. Truly a never ending nightmare. Be prepared to never be able to park by your building.

I’ve been to a lot of properties and this by far has been my best experience. I’m a little bit of a skeptic but Gissella took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was heard. She was very helpful and informative.

I recently moved back to Florida and stumbled upon Emerald Grove while apartment hunting. I was fortunate to have Gissella F.help me when I arrived. Recently went in to apply for an apartment at Emerald Grove. I must say I had a very great experience. Yeanette was very attentive and very helpful. She made the process pleasant and easy.

I’ve recently toured this property and the woman who helped me, Gissella, was very kind. I had a list of questions and concerns she was more than happy to answer. 10/10 would recommend just based off her customer service, very lovely!

Welcoming environment! The staff was very friendly. This place is a bit out my way for work but speaking with the staff it changed my mind. Gissella made it feel like home before I made my decision. Even pointed out every thing I would need in the area!

I have enjoyed the community and location is wonderful. Gissella is always so helpful and I appreciate the monthly resident events that are hosted! They make for such a fun time.

As a long time fan of this property (having previously lived in & worked on the admin team of the previous owners/company), I have to say- Emerald Grove is doing a good job.
When renovations began, my roommate & I were very interested in moving in. As one of the first few families to move in when renting became available, we got to see the complex truly change from “Vista Way” to “Emerald Grove”.
This hasn’t come without speed bumps, however. Living in a community that is being renovated while tenants are currently living on the premises, is not an easy task - for renters or admin.
From some electrical issues with led lighting in our living room, to a large problem with smoke detectors not accurately working (having gone off and triggered a series of issues including but not limited to nearly 85 interactions with the local fire department and Marshalls) to small bouts of flooding here and there in the exterior portions of the property (not within a home), we’ve seen it all- but what I’m leaving 5 stars for- is the management (Vince, Isaac,). I’m leaving 5 stars for the maintenance team.
Some of the maintenance crew is new to the property, some used to work with me with the former company.
Sooo much has changed in these units since their previous owner occupied them (Covid vacancy and the suspension of Disney Programs is to thank for that).

The maintenance teams & the renovations teams have truly been so kind + understanding when these issues have risen.

While these issues did make life difficult, after ***months of working/reworking/trying new tactics to find solutions, the renovations management team stepped in and assisted with a move to a new location; ensured everything was taken care of & that we felt comfortable in our new home.

Now that those issues have been resolved, & more progress has been made, community-wide, I have absolutely no problem with saying this is a beautiful community to live in.

The renovations are beautiful, the community is clean, the office staff are all very polite. & most importantly, maintenance is amazing. From timely repairs, assistance with installing my bed frame (entirely not their responsibility) & overall kindness, I feel safe, comfortable, & validated in the investment living here.

And that’s where I bring up the next subject- investment. Emerald Grove is hella expensive. But (big but!) it’s so conveniently located near everything.

Walmart, Publix are within 5 miles.

Epcot is 7 minutes away on a bad day. MK is 11 minutes away, DAK is 17 minutes away with traffic, generally takes less than that. Hollywood studios is 10-12 minutes away.
You’re close to World Drive/World Center Drive, close to International Drive & all of “i-drive’s” tourism; you’re right next to a Walgreens (open 24 hours, so conveniently walkable in case of medical needs- note no pharmacy just OTC pharmacy and a few groceries).
You’re near a strip of fast food place and right next to the exit for i4 East and i4 West.
The entrance to Disney springs is less than a mile down the road, & I believe there are 3-4 bus stops nearby for those that use public transit.

Universal / CityWalk & sea world are roughly 18 minutes away.

I can’t get over how convenient the location is.

There’s two pools, a 24 hr gym- much larger than the previous owners’ (it’s been moved to the former “pavilion”), & a dog park is being constructed soon. There’s a playground, adequate street lighting, and parking is available for 1 car per adult on the lease. (That being said, depending on where your building is located, you may have to park a building or two down, because some buildings share parking spaces and those ones tend to fill up quickly, however, in the units that have their own lots, there’s never an issue).

I’ve never had noisy neighbors, the only thing that’s ever bothered me is (I have asthma) some neighbors enjoying hot boxing in the lot, but a smile, a wave, and the holding of my breath is easy lol

Can’t recommend enough- get a roommate or work the OT/get a second job. Do you- but I can’t say it louder- it’s worth it.

Good attention and resolution to each of the unknowns from the first moment and during the time elapsed inhabiting the property.
