Emerald Hills Dental Center, Hollywood FL

I am new to Emerald Hills Dental Center, but Emily Goldstein is a wonderful dentist! She is very thoughtful and thorough. She takes her time and makes sure that you absolutely satisfied with the work being done. I recently had to have a crown put in. As a matter of fact, she was on the fence as to whether or not the actual crown was a little too dark in color. I couldn't see it or tell if it was, but I was content. A couple of days later, I finally see what she saw. So the moral of the story is that if your dentist is weary listen to her! All in all I am completely satisfied. She and her entire staff are great! You will thank me later!

The hygienist was excellent. It’s the office that’s in need of help. After the service, the first question was if they even accepted my insurance, which hasn’t changed in 15 years of patronage with EHDC. The next statement is that they will no longer accept my insurance at the beginning of the year. All this without even referring to the plan EOB or any reference to the coverage provider website. I’m then told that there was an additional fee for the cleaning. One of the charges was for fluoride varnish treatment which was clearly explained by the hygienist before application. The next fee was for a special cleaning due to inflamed gums which I didn’t know were inflamed and the condition, if it even existed, was never mentioned by the hygienist. I was actually complimented for my flossing routine and told to keep up the good work. Overall it seemed like a cash grab because they don’t understand how to properly process the claim with the provider. This seems to be happening more often with EHDC. Either way I was told that they don’t want my insurance so it’s time to move on.

My visit was not as good as usual. There was a mixup with my appointment time. I waited 30 minutes. I asked to reschedule and one of the hygienist said she could take me. I was not satisfied with the cleaning she gave me.

Crissie did an excellent job whitening my teeth! I am more than satisfied. She was polite friendly and professional. Awesome job!

Great dentist, painless and friendly. I would recommend Adam Snow DDS to anyone. Thanks for taking care of my teeth.

I call in the morning and the lady on the front desk was really rude y just ask for information and she hung up twice on me … they need to educate your staff… I give y’all a 0 on costumer service

Went in for a cleaning which I usually don’t like, but the dental hygienist Melissa was so gentle and thorough that I was truly amazed by the experience.

Always a great experience at EHDC.well as good as can be expected considering it's the dentist! Super sad that yesterday was probably my last visit (been seeing Dr Snow for almost 30 years) as my insurance will no longer be accepted as of January 1,2024. I will miss his singing

Dental hygienist, Melissa was fantastic. I have been a patient at this practice for 35 years and she is a " keeper".

I liked the temporary dental hygienist, Wen (sp?) she was very helpful in recommending steps for me to take. The only problem was that she was a little bit rough. I was a little bit disappointed that Ana didnt do my deep cleaning.: (

Very welcoming staff. Dr Snow is professional and personable too. He works with you to find a treatment plan. The new high technology is fabulous.

This is my husband Edward "Scott" May, he loves the staff however he cannot open his mouth wide because of his jaw. They told him "They are using the smallest" equipment you have.

Me Wendy Provenzano, absolutely loves this office. I saw Sr.on 10/16/23 for my root canal. He's Awesome told me everything he was doing & even sang while fixing me) his assistant was Awesome also, she made me feel comfortable as she took my hair away from my face.
