Linda and Ken were gracious hosts. Condo stocked with whatever you needed right at the beach. On the less congested side of town. Highly RECOMMEND!

This resort does the job. They have 2 pools and a big hot tub at the beachfront. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The gym is very small and 2 is a crowd, but if you're lucky, it's not busy, and you can get a little workout in. The parking was great too, as it's a covered garage, located under the condos.
The condo itself (408) is absolutely beautiful, with high quality furniture and super cute tiles on the bathroom floors, and the view from the huge balcony is amazing! The cleaning crew does a great job. It was very clean when we arrived.
We'll be back next year!

The more mature family clientele is very laid back. Grand parents, children and grandchildren are common. The multi-year returning guest respect the owner/residents and take care the units as if they are their own.

3rd time staying here. Rooms are nice and spacious but cleanliness depends on the vrbo owner service. Location cannot be beat!

We used VRBO for our stay and room was beautiful. The only drawback was the 930am pounding on the door by security and Orkin guy to do pest spray. She assured us that because she was security, it was permitted.it was just very odd. Even the Orkin guy seemed uncomfortable.

Location is perfect. On quieter west end but still so close to everything you could possibly want or need. The room was beautiful and updated and the entire condo was well maintained. Security was seen often checking property. Plenty of parking. The staff were all kind and helpful. They had great chair service. Jet ski, parasail and banana boats were a close walk down to participate in. The beach area and pool was never over crowded and the beach was spectacular. Amazing experience.

We stayed July 15-23rd and our stay was absolutely wonderful. I want to start with security since I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about them. We had no issues, they were all so friendly! So was the cleaning staff for the common areas! We spent time in the pools, hot tub, grill area and walking through for the beach daily. Everyone was so friendly! We stayed in unit 1210 which was perfect for our family of 4. Elevators were a minimal issue on the first day with so many checking in but the rest of the stay was fine. Views from the balconies are beautiful! We seen dolphins playing daily.

Security comes up alot in a negative light. We personally had no issues with any of the security staff they were all pleasant and nice! The whole area was clean and felt safe. Pool areas were amazing! Views were perfect! The only complaint is traffic and congestion it was horrible more so with construction. We stayed in 904 and the host (Helen Phillips) was awesome as well as the condo was clean well upkept and felt cozy, she also has multiple condos onsite there and in that area. I also 10/10 recommend the sea screamer dolphin tour Captain Cody and Deck hand Bo made the experience so much fun for the entire group.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful rooms and a great location. Only negative was 2 of the 4 elevators were working for a couple of days.

Stayed here twice and both times were awesome! Rooms are clean and up to date and location is awesome for us. (West side of the beach kind of away from all the crazy traffic) Never had any problems from the security like was mentioned in other reviews. The security personnel we interacted with were professional people who were very helpful when we needed it. The parking is a little tight on the beach side but the parking deck across the street has a nice covered walkway to get you across the road. Never had trouble finding parking there.

Everything was so nice. The room was extraordinary and large balcony topped it off. The resort had two pools one heated and large hot tub and sauna. Was situated close to the beach. Miramar beach is very beautiful any time of the year. I would book there anytime, loved it!

Wonderful! I'm not sure why there are complaints about security. I was made to feel very welcome. Carolyn (Caroline) at the front desk is precious! She answers the phone with joy. And my interaction with her was great! She seems to really care that you have a wonderful time while you are here.

And the young man putting up umbrellas and chairs is friendly, engaging, and attentive.

We were in unit 1504 rented thru Vacasa/Airbnb. The unit was very clean and reasonably well equipped but outdated and a little worn. Best feature was the balcony which was huge compared to most. Our rental included parking for one car (otherwise $30/day) but did not include beach setup ($35/day). This varies depending on your rental so be sure of what you are paying for. You can park at the complex on levels 1 & 2 in any spot not marked as reserved, otherwise there is additional parking across the street. Both require a parking pass. There were a lot of parking spaces at the complex but we were there on a weekday in early May so not a peak period. Several reviews talked about some very aggressive security personnel but we did not have problems. Office is on level 4. Staff was very courteous and helpful as possible but they can not resolve problems between you and your renter.

There is nothing bad I could say about this place. Extremely clean and had no trouble. Will like to stay again.

Top notch and well furnished. Vacation ruined by security employees. They were rude, threatening, over reacting, and made up fabricated accusations. Treated us more like trespassers than guests. Avoid this place. This is one fake emerald!

The security guards (LeAnne & Lori) are very rude. You would think with a facility this nice they would hire decent human beings. Upon arriving I dealt with them, they made me feel very inhumane & they are disrespectful. Not only was that my personal experience but to make a delivery driver cry in the same day I had my dealings is beyond absurd. Cut your losses & get a new security guard because the amount of money spent & the disrespect from your guards just don’t add up!
