7I LOVE THIS PLACE SOO MUCH! IM MY SISTER TOLD METHAT IM HER FAVORITE BROTHER!?
The building is Invaded by roches. Very dirty and poorly maintain. You can see the roches walking on the hall end everywhere. Dogs pee on the elevator and hallways.
My mom has been living at The Emerald for the past 4 years, and I can say nothing but great things of the building and the staff (they are amazing). If you are looking for a place to move in Miami I would definitely suggest to make Emerald your home.
