Chubbs had bitten a cane toad…it all happened so fast, we rushed him to the hospital where they immediately took him in and saved his life…Great group of people, Definitely recommend.

VERY EXPENSIVE. MY DOG WAS CRIPPLED & THEY TOLD ME TO GET HIS TEETH TAKEN CARE OF FOR $500.00 & 4 HOURS. (8-12PM) SUNDAY NIGHT. WHAT A JOKE?

Brought my flying squirrel in and kevin oomah did an amazing job at surgery and was extremely friendly and caring, will definitely be back, norma and natalie at front desk were in a very good mood and very friendly

Wonderful experience of what could have been a horrible day. I brought my 18 month old Flemish Giant to the hospital today for possible GI stasis (a VERY serious condition for rabbits without a good outcome). The whole staff, from the input nurse, to the tech, to Dr. Madison, took wonderful care of my rabbit. I left with all the medicine and supplements I needed for treatment. Very thankful I found this place!

My 100 pound German Shepard got stung by a bee and his mouth was about 2 times normal. We took him to the hospital and was seen by the doctor shortly after we arrived. Dr. Madison was very caring with our baby. He wanted to make sure someone would be home all night just in case my dog got worse. After some test and 2 shots we were on our way. The girl at the first desk was very nice and we could tell every one in there truly cares about everyone and their pets. I would use this hospital again in needed.

This is by far the best vet clinic that I have ever taken my dogs to. I have two dogs and one of them has had some serious health issues. These doctors and nurses saved my dog’s life at one crucial visit when my dog was having trouble breathing. The receptionist heard how urgent the situation was over the phone and by the time I arrived, they were waiting at the door to take my dog in the back to the oxygen tank. They are professional, compassionate and on top of their game. I highly recommend this hospital. Dr. Oompah, Dr. Madison

PET OWNERS BEWARE.unless your pet is dying avoid there services. They sock it to you because it's an emergency setting, very unethical. They are motivated by cash not compassion, not willing to work with you on a human level, it's all about the bottom line. Went to my regular Vet, BROWN VET SERVICES charged only half the price.

In my personal experience, I attended with a pregnant Chihuahua where the baby dog ​​was about to come out, but she did not have the strength, the reception staff was frivolous and lacked professional ethics, they said they did not speak Spanish, nor did they do their best by any means. In order for there to be fluid communication through technology, they searched their imagination for one or two places where they could treat me. They sent me to a clinic on Santa Bárbara Boulevard as a way to get out of the matter. When I got there I didn't receive good treatment either.leaving the Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier clinic, my chihuahua who was in pain and with her puppy without being able to give birth, we made her walk in the reception of the clinic and of course, as she was bleeding, some droplets of blood fell on the floor of the premises and the receptionists not at all pleasant, they almost forced me to leave the premises, telling me to leave because the dog was bleeding, it is a shame in clinics and hospitals where they try to save lives, whether of people or animals, that there is such bad treatment, I personally do not like it. I would recommend the bad treatment of people and animals, it is my opinion and I respect the opinion of other people who have had other experiences

My 8.5 yr old Boston Terrier was treated by Dr. Sara Beg. She and the staff at the Emergency Pet Hospital were kind, caring and compassionate. He had extreme diarrhea and the doctor opted to treat him with a less invasive approach first, rather than running a bunch of extensive testing.

The staff was wonderful and took amazing care of my dog after a dog bite. I highly recommend this pet hospital.

They don’t really care about your fur babies at all, they only care about $$ disgusting. I brought my kitten in and they “rushed it back” to “start treatment and testing” and I was supposed to pay in advance in the case it needed to be help overnight, which I rushed to the hospital and had left cash at home just had my id, so I applied for their care credit just to get them to start treating my cat, meanwhile all they did was put my kitten on a heating pad, after I was approved they said to go ahead and leave and they would call me, and something felt terribly off so I asked to see the kitten before I left, they put a blanket over it and wouldn’t even let me touch it or kiss it (because it was already dead and they didn’t want me to know).
Soon as I got halfway home I get a call it “didn’t make it” but I was still charged for “IV” that was never administered and “testing” that was never even completed.
They never cared about saving my pet, they only cared about getting paid. It’s disgusting. My Father had the same exact experience with his 10 month old puppy that had been injured and needed immediate care and because they only care about getting paid first and foremost it was not treated fast enough and bled to death. This place is disgusting. I pray you never have to take your fur babies here on weekends or holidays when your actual loving vet isn’t open. There’s another in bonita that I’ve heard is much more caring for your animals. 0/10 do not recommend unless you want to leave with your pet dead and large bills even if they did nothing.
