Do not go here. I have a book I can write but will keep it as short as possible. I am filing a civil suit tomorrow as I have put 12000 into this business and not 1 thing he repaired is working. He now states the warranty company has gone out of business. I have to surrender my car to the loan company and am going to have bad credit and cannot buy a home. My car has sat in his lot for 17 of the past 24 months. He will continually tell you parts are on the way when they are not, never answer your call or update you on the status. In addition they broke my winshield and didnt mention it, changed parts that did not fix the problem I bought it in for, and left bolts out of key areas on my engine. He is a crook, liar, manipulator and not a very nice person. He has ruined my credit and his response was OK. Complete criminal.

Took my jeep Grand Cherokee to Emerson's, charged me close to $300, told me it was the #1 and2 cylinders were missing and needed 2 coils, so I replaced the coils and still missing, finally took it to Orlando, they had it fixed in 10 minutes, all it was was the computer plug was loose, and Emerson's couldn't figure that at all, also Emerson's told me it needed new lifters and could cost anywhere from $ 2500 to $5000

Worse repair shop ever! I brought my truck in for head gasket replacement, the owner said it might take a week or 2 and he gave me a quote. Well 8 months later and 6 visits asking for my truck and the owner Tyrell giving me every excuse under the sun I found my engine half taken apart and had sat like that for over 6 months. After repeating visits they finally put it all back together and replaced multiple parts without asking me and charged me over another grand in repairs. After less then a week of having my truck back I find they didn't seal my intake manifold properly and I was leaking oil and coolant. I bring my truck back for them to fix it and after they sealed it again I was informed they test drove it and it ran great. As soon as I went to start it I heard something wrong. I found my distributor wire of one spark plug and 5 out of 8 wires sitting on my exhaust manifolds. So over all I was charged over 3k didn't have my truck for over 8 months and they still couldn't get it right.

This place is a scam. Please be careful, do not support the business. I took my car there and they never looked at it. They parked my car on the side of their building for a whole week and wanted to charge me. They did not look at my car. Please know your rights when it comes to fake auto mechanics.
